Clean and tidy but well out of town up a very steep hill.
It is a newly built and exceptionally comfortable apartment, though some of the fittings are lacking. There is an excellent view from the terrace over the roof tops towards the mountain. It is quite spectacular.
It is well out of town up a very steep hill. We did manage to walk down into town as there is a short cut of many steps but always got a taxi back because the hill is so steep. The advert also said that it was a two bedroom apartment but when we got there only one room was available, presumably because we were just a couple. We had booked a two bedroom place because neither of us are great sleepers and we did not want to disturb one another. The details should make it clear if this is a one or two bedroom apartment. Some of the fittings are lacking like no oven gloves or oven dishes.

Prima verblijf gehad. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Fijne Bedden en zeer vriendelijke mensen. We zijn er veel op uit dus alleen in de ochtend en avond waren we er. Het is erg ruim.
Er loopt een weg langs het huis die je goed kunt horen als je het raam open hebt. De weg is redelijk druk. Wij sliepen met oordoppen dan hoor je het niet. Maar onze kinderen werden vroeger wakker door al het verkeer.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, sok helyen voltunk. Karintia csodálatos hely.
A szállás nagyszerű helyen van. A város felett, és szinte az egész várost a környező hegyeket látni lehet a teraszról. Ez a Dráva völgye, ami nagyon szép. A szállás 3 nagy szobát, egy nappalit, egy külön konyhát, fürdőt, külön WC-t tartalmazott. Kisebb dolgok hiányoztak a konyhai felszerelésből, de megoldottuk. Az apartman igen nagy, bőven volt hely mind az 5 főnek. A teraszt már említettem. Gyönyörű kilátás volt kávézás, beszélgetés közben. A tulajdonos várt minket és körbevezetett, elmondott mindent, amit tudni kell. Nagyon udvarias volt. Az alsó szinten laknak a háziak, felül van az apartman. Csak ajánlani tudom.
Biztos van olyan is, ami nem tetszik majd, de nekünk megfelelt.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und technisch auf einen guten Stand. Zimmer großzügig. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über einen eigenen TV sowie auch das Wohnzimmer. Man war schnell in Spittal und hatte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auto ist aber bei der Lage Pflicht und Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert, bloß das Wohnzimmer ist ein wenig "eingestaubt" vom Inventar aber sauber, heile, ordentlich und nutzbar.
