Fabulous garden, comfortable rooms, lovely setting and hosts!

Super friendly hosts and an amazing flowering garden with some small animals (Guinea pigs, rabbits…) that our kids adored petting. Our bottom floor room had a great terrace for meals outside. Secluded and quiet. But easy drive to beaches/waterfront villages.

Beds a bit soft. Kids room (bottom floor/basement) no windows.

We had a lovely week!

The owners welcomed us openly. They (especially Marry) are very nice and warm people. The building itself and the appartments were a bit outdated and the owners are modernizing everything bit by bit. Anyways, most importantly, everything was very clean. They offer unlimited use of towels, toiletpaper, etc.. also they offer bread service.. finally they offer you ski passes with extra discount on the prices (compared to when you would buy them elsewhere) The area is not very close to the ski area's, but within 20-30 minutes you can get to Goldeck (20 min), Bad Kleinkirchheim (30 min) and Gerlitzen (45 min) ski area's.

As said, the appartments are a bit outdated. But everything was clean and the owners were very warm and welcoming.

Garden of Eden

Personal welcome with a guided tour around the premises. Nice garden with a lot of beautiful flowers and places to relax privately. Very friendly and helpful hosts, Alex and Marry. Very silent surrounding. Spaceous well equipped apartment and kitchen. Lots of information available about things to do in the surroundings, including maps. Nice view on mountains from the balcony. There is a sauna, a lot of books to read, board games for use, washing machine all included.

It was great.

Our apartment was on the ground floor and there was an entrance directly into the garden where one could sit and eat - this would be particularly great in later spring or summer. The sauna was also very nice. And the hosts were really friendly and helpful and sorted out everything efficiently and straight away. And also the beds and blankets are longer than usual which taller people can really appreciate. The place is a bit further from the centre (which was our choice) but the roads leading there are well kept.

The bathroom/toilet is accessible only through the bedrooms. The children's bedroom is really tiny and there are no windows. However there are several apartments at the location so it might not apply to them.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Kärnten und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Zuerst waren wir endtäuscht, dass die Wohnung soweit vom Schuss lag. Aber nach kurzer Zeit haben wir die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Aussicht von unserer Dachgeschosswohnung genossen. Der Blick von dem Balkon auf den See und in die Berge war Traumhaft. Auch die Lage und die Abendspaziergänge mit unserem Hund war alles sehr entspannend. Ein gutes Restaurant war nicht weit von uns entfernt. So hat alles, in großen und ganzem sehr gepasst.

Abseits vom Trubel

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr Gastfreundlich. Es gibt klare Regeln im Haus so dass es für alle passt. Als Überraschung gab es in der Mitte unseres Urlaubes selbst gebackene Muffin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Líbilo se nam všechno. Dobrá dovolená pro rodinu!

Šli jsme sem s rodinou v prosinci. Vše se nám moc líbilo, tento kraj byl zapamatován tím, že když jsme tam bydleli, měli jsme možnost užívat si sněhu a jezdit na saních, které jsme si mohli půjčit z tohoto apartmánu. Velmi přátelští, pohostinní, vstřícní hostitelé, pomohli v každé situaci, vše šlo společensky a dobře - v tomto ohledu velmi odpovědný. Byli jsme také spokojeni s bytem, bylo teplo a útulno. Po večerech jsme měli možnost navštívit saunu, se kterou jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Podotýkám, že v areálu je mnoho okrasných rostlin, je zde i malá knihovna, tělocvična, zábava pro děti, dětský pokoj. Zahrada, vyrobená s láskou a chutí, přitahovala zvláštní pozornost. Krásný výhled z terasy na hory a místní krajinu. Krajina této oblasti je úžasně krásná, a vzhledem k nádhernému avelkému jezeru. Doporučujeme! A máme touhu se sem vrátit v teplé sezóně.
