Faenza Apartment by Mamo Florence

雖然知道在老建築內的房間，空間上很舒服，電器使用上有跳電一次，客服有立即回覆令人安心，隔日也派人檢查

廚具老舊，漏水現象，冷氣不冷（炎熱的夏天）

The location of the apartment was excellent. Easy walk with luggage from the Unita tram station. Via Faenza the street the apartment is on has a lot of really nice bars, cafes and trattorias. Very easy to walk to all the major sites and areas to explore in Florence

The kitchen itself and appliances are all a bit tired and aged and it really could do with a remodel. The picture of the kitchen on the website was clearly taken when it was still very new. Also a basic sign next to the stove to tell people to turn on the gas line so the stove top will actually work would also be useful. The A/C unit in one of the bedrooms was broken and apparently could not be fixed in time for our 4 night stay. This was very disappointing considering the heat wave Florence was experiencing whilst we were staying there. Property management provided a fan which certainly helped. This is the only reason I give comfort the lowest score Could not get channels on the tv to work and no basic instructions were provided. I suggest the management company provide some basic instructions on how to navigate the tv set up channels, streaming apps etc. Did not bother us as we were outside almost all of the time

Localização espectacular e apartamento muito bom!

Os ar condicionados não estavam a funcionar corretamente. O AC do quarto principal simplesmente não funcionou e os outros faziam muito barulho a funcionar dificultando muito as noites. A nossa filha mais pequena chegou a pedir para ir embora por causa disto. O quarto em mezanino era bom mas com o ar condicionado a fazer tanto barulho não foi possível dormir nele
