It's a function of being in Arkansas - you have to drive everywhere. Not much to walk around near the hotel.

The gentleman from the kitchen during breakfast time was OUTSTANDING, he exceeded my expectations by being very helpful and asking multiple times if there was anything else he could help me with. He even provided me trays for me to bring breakfast to my family in our room when I didn't ask for it. He's a franchise player, give him a raise! The gentleman who checked me in on Sunday was also outstanding and very helpful and had great things to say about Broken Arrow and Tulsa! Also great location and nice hotel.

Nothing. I know it sounds like I’m just trying to please. But in reality this hotel stay has been eye opening compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. Hopefully in future we will be able to stay in Holiday Inns.

Only issue I had was the shower wasn't as clean as it should have been. I saw strings of hair in the shower and dirt in certain areas of the shower.

Needed a couple hours after checkout due to having my elderly Grandfather and a late flight. Did not accommodate and forced me to pay for another entire night.
