It is good for the price

The apartment is comfy and in a good location in Tours if you have a car (parking is included). It is good for a couple plus one child.

Make sure you are accurate when telling at what time you will arrive at the apartment, otherwise, you may end up waiting at the outside door for a bit like it did happen to us.

Cosy little flat well equipped

The flat was cosy and we had pretty much everything we needed. It's quiet and even though it can get hot, there is fan which makes a difference. The host was really kind and helpful. It's a great location to ho visit the châteaux. We visited châteaux de Chambord, Chaumont-sur-Loire, Chenonceau and Villandry. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The door to the flat wouldn't close. We had to lock it with the key every time to make sure it stayed shut.

Good

The room was clean and tidy. It was very spacious. It has washing machine and laundry dryer. Area around is quiet and has access to bakery and supermarket. It was really easy to get there by car.

No toilet paper in toilet and soap in bathroom when we arrived late evening. Coffee machine only for Nespresso capsules.

Frustrating

The property owner wasnt there when we arrived. We called the property owner and got voice mail. The property owner didn't send instructions about the keys until prompted by Booking.com. We waited 45 minutes without knowing what to do. Then when we did get the instructions the keys were not in the lock box so we had to call Booking.com again which started the 30 minute clock again. 90 minutes after arriving we finally got into the apartment. Oh and some additional toilet would have been nice. A quarter roll and no replacement is not good property management.

Este intr-o zona linistita si sigura

Am avut o serie de probleme cu acesta proprietate, si anume, caldura nu a functionat pe toata perioada si a fost frig, am contactat proprietarul, dar nu am primit nici o rezolvare, a curs apa din calorifere si a trebuit sa punem un recipent pentru a nu ajunge apa in camera, am solicitat reparatie si un calorifer electric de doua ori si nu am primit nici un raspuns, a fost multa mizerie in apartament, am stat la usa sa intram pentru ca nu mergea metoda de check-in si nu raspundea la telefon etc. Mentionez ca am tot asteptat de la o zi la alta sa se rezolve si nimic.

Appartamento luminoso, arredato con gusto, silenzioso. Bella vista ampia su impianto sportivo. Risposte rapide da parte dell’host.

Pratique mais expérience mitigée

La communication était claire pour l’arrivée, le logement était propre et pratique pour se garer.

Je n’ai pas aimé les bruits de crissements de pneus la nuit dans la rue, le quartier était moyennement calme, je n’étais pas forcément rassurée le soir. Le dernier jour quelqu’un a vomi dans l’ascenseur… ça donne encore une mauvaise impression sur le quartier. Pas pratique pour redescendre les bagages du 5ème étage. L’odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. Il nous manquait le linge de lit et une serviette pour notre enfant. Pas pratique de dormir à 3 dans le même lit.

Appartamento carino ma si può fare di piu'!

Appartamento abbastanza nuovo con parcheggio e wifi. Supermercato Auchan a 2 mins di macchina. Buon panificio proprio sotto casa. Lontano dal centro se si vuole andare a piedi ma un buon punto di partenza per visitare i castelli attorno a Tours.

Sia sul pianerottolo che in casa c' era cattivo odore. Il complesso dove sorge la palazzina ricorda le case popolari. La cucina manca di alcuni utensili importanti come coltello per tagliare le verdure e forbici. Avrei anche gradito delle tovagliette americane invece di dover mettere i tovaglioli!

Une grande et une petite serviette pour deux personnes pendant 10 jours c’est un peu juste Pas de bol pour déjeuner pas de saladier pas de louche et l’eau de la douche impossible à régler

Bonito, limpio y conveniente

Muy bonito decorado, y limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario. Éramos tres, mi hija durmió en el sofá cama, y era enorme! También disponen de un biombo por si las personas que comparten habitación quieren algo de intimidad.

Que no tenga aire acondicionado, pasamos mucho calor.

Lo sucio que estaba, faltaban muchos utensilios de cocina, no había ni un cuchillo que cortara bien. Las sábanas y toallas estaban muy viejas, con manchas
