Room was at corner and restaurant continued to play music till very late on speakers outside our window so could not sleep. No tea making facilities or coffee machine. Reception not manned till 8.30am

Nice & modern hotel with exceptional restaurant, very welcoming staff and nice facilities

On Friday night you could hear the music from the restaurant/bar downstairs until 1am. In our case it was not a problem, but in general it might be. On weekdays it should not be the issue as the restaurant closes at 11pm

nothing, so bad - don’t go there!

terrible super unfriendly staff, doesn’t speak English. booking said it’s including breakfast but it’s not, the pillows are terrible. we asked for extra towels and in the checkout they said it’s 14euros extra!!!

very expensive, there are other hotels in area that for that prive give you a much richer experience. The breakfast for 25€!!! is ridiculous. No minibar in the room. The location is very isolated - nothing around.

Great stay!

Dear Ophelia team, what a wonderful stay we had! We were so impressed by the design of the hotel (incl. the toilets ;)), the great food, extraordinary drinks and lovely service. We arrived in the afternoon and enjoyed some drinks at the rooftop bar where we got the most unique and creative (non) alcoholic drinks we’ve ever had. The bartender is a walking library if it comes to cocktails so definitely recommend to try something new! Later that night we also had diner in the restaurant. Even though we needed some help to translate the menu, we were again very impressed by the quality of the food and the kitchen. Don’t skip desert, it was simply awesome! Location can be better but everything else makes up for it, big time!

Comfort, dinner and drinks near Franciacorta

While not in a scenic setting, it is conveniently located near both the A4 and A35 highways, a short drive from the wineries of Franciacorta, lake Iseo or Garda, as also nearby Brescia and Bergamo. The few rooms are well appointed and comfortable, and most of all the property’s restaurant and lounge offer excellent meals, late night snacks and surprisingly creative cocktails.

Only stayed one night and the room and facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful and would definitely recommend if you need to stay in this area.
