Location was excellent for exploring, and the village had great facilities too.

Loved how spacious it was and the fact it had good off street parking. Lovely little village with a great pub the Kings Arms ate there twice! Dawn and Steve very easy to contact and prompt to reply.
No washing powder provided very small issue but most travellers love to be able to do a wash but don't usually cart around washing powder just a few tabs would have been brilliant. It is on the main road through the village but it is quiet at night

We liked absolutely everything about staying at this cottage. It was spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and was in a fab location. Communication from time of booking was superb and the extra little touches in the cottage which Dawn & Steve had clearly thought about were a really nice surprise eg milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits etc as well as complimentary vanity packs in both bathrooms and a book offering suggestions of things to do whilst there. We were really sorry to leave! Would highly recommend staying here 👌
