Great location. Everything you would wish for to be able to stay for as long as you liked.

The location was perfect, only being a couple of hundred yards from the centre of the village with lots of places to eat and a Co-op also very near. Great having bedrooms, Shower room and kitchen /dining area upstairs and a living arear and Shower room also downstairs. Also being to be able to park quite literally outside of the door.

Communication with the hosts were fine, but didn't actually meet them. That is the only reason I dint give a full mark for that. No Problem. The only slightly negative thing is that we have quite a long estate car and the parking space is very tight to get into and out of if the car for the next apartment is parked in its parking space. Other than that, 100%. We would defiantly stay again but go in a shorter car.

A lovely property in an equally charming town that I would not hesitate to visit again.

Over the Arches is a lovely property in an ideal location. Its comfortable and has virtually all the amenities you could think of needing over a multi day stay. Chipping Campden itself is likewise a beautiful little town that is not too busy, but still has several excellent restaurants and small grocery stores that carry most of what you could need - all within walking distance.

We missed having access to a hair dryer while at Over the Arches, but that is a very small point. Also, the parking is a bit tight, but in our case was only noticeable because of the fairly large hire car (Volvo XC90) that we had been given. Even then, it was manageable.

A relaxing short break in lovely surroundings.

Quirky interior layout. We liked the natural colours of the decoration. Very convenient for the High Street, shopping and evening meals.

Quiet, clean, perfect location next to Chipping Campden.

Wonderful place and would return for a visit. One caveat, taxi service is almost nonexistent. Find a service that will let you book ahead if you are not driving. Other than that it’s almost perfect.

We are almost 80 years old but still able to climb up and down stairs. There are 14 steps up to the kitchen and bedrooms. We planned ahead.

Clean and well maintained but beds and chairs in need of attention.

Location was excellent

The beds were so soft that both my husband and i woke up each day with back aches. Also, none of the chairs were comfortable enough to want to sit and read.

Wonderful Cotswolds holiday

We had room to spread out. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had an electric fireplace which was nice. We appreciated the washer/dryer very much. Water pressure was good and hot water plentiful. Having two bathrooms was very nice. The heating system was easy to use. The location was incredible.

Location was excellent. Very pretty village with plenty of places to eat and drink. Everyone we met were friendly and polite. Very quiet, quirky, comfortable, warm and cosy. Very close to other beautiful places to visit nearby. Lovely walks to discover locally too.

A very small observation, not enough toilet rolls. And heating on for too many hours, we had to open the windows at night.

Excellent - a lovely clean property with all the facilities needed in a pretty village

Very clean property in central location within village. The owner had left us some basic provisions including tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, which was a nice touch.

Although there is a parking space, it is very tight to manoeuvre into. Luckily I had read this in another review so opted to travel with our mini rather than our larger family car. This was a good decision, as we would have struggle to get our family car in the space. Nevertheless there seemed to be plenty of parking on the road outside, although we weren’t there in high season!!

Over the Arches provided a comfortable stay in the charming Chipping Campden

The lovely little touch like milk in the fridge, a box of nice buscuits, tea coffee sugar. The bed settee was all made up and my son said it was the most comfortable one he has slept on. The little outdoor seating area which got early evening sun was lovely too.

Not a bad thing more for awareness was the parking was a challenge at first due to the tightness of the space but became a dab hand at reversing after a couple of times so was not a problem. There are places to park on the high street though if you’re unsure.

Really enjoyed staying at Over the Arches. Would recommend to others.

Everything about the property was fine. We appreciated the additional touches e.g welcome biscuits and milk in the fridge (even though we don't eat them!) It was spacious, tidy, well furnished, comfortable and clean. Couldn't wish for any improvements. The location was great for the Jubilee celebrations, being central.

We found parking in the allocated space a bit of a challenge at first, with the car's sensors on red alert. It did become easier over time as we got more familiar with it and this slight difficulty was outweighed by the big advantage of a secure parking spot off the road for the duration of our stay on a busy weekend.

Great stay in a beautiful market town

Clean, comfortable accomodation with everything you need. Location was brilliant.

Car traffic noise from the main road amplified by the arch under the bedroom. Early rubbish collection was very noisy. Also check out time at 10:00 was too early considering we had to strip the linen and tidy up the house.
