very spacious interior, fully equipped and good seating for 8 adults.
small garden, particularly the sloping rear garden, for a big house, which prevented playing garden games.
Wood lice seen on the carpet in Bedroom 1 and the kitchen.
Wood frame beds a bit ‘creaky’ with firm mattresses.

Nice location with easy access to the town.
Would easily fit 8 as each bedroom has it's own bathroom but the front picture is misleading as to how big the house actually is, as the one building consists of 4 individual houses.
Overall the house is well proportioned with the space available.
By far the biggest let down was the beds; they were comfortable but with a wooden end piece just not long enough for tall people.
A down stairs toilet would have been nice but not sure where it would go.

Homemade cake and coffee and tea welcome pack.
Lovely lounge and dining area and wood burning fire
Lovely big kitchen with lots of cooking utensils and equipment
Excellent location close to High Street
Very noisy plumbing and clock hadn't been adjusted for heating so was on at strange times
Oven didn't work properly and was dirty
No tea towels
Bottom sheet on master bed not big enough and was thin and scruffy
Generally needs some TLC and a good deep clean
