Perfect little cottage right in the heart of the town.
Stairs were a bit steep. Could have done with a handrail.

Location, having a wood stove as it was chilly, nice kitchen.
The carpet was dirty and the bed on the top floor was lumpy and uncomfortable. The heat also did not reach the top floor and in general the cottage was chilly.

Fabulous location.
Cute Cotswold Cottage with everything we needed and very clean.

Great location and very charming
The upstairs bed was super soft and I slept terribly because I kept rolling into the middle. While the other bed was very hard.

Super well located. Only a short walk to everything offered by Chipping Campden. Parking was easy even on a busy summer weekend. I might have to look around a bit, but never for more than minute or so.

Beds were comfortable. It was warm and cosy and the kitchen stocked well.
The milk in the fridge and the cakes were a very nice touch.
The ice box on the fridge was broken. Cups and cutlery were dirty when we arrived. Could do with a good spring clean.

Host;
Tanya was amazing looking after us from the very moment we booked. Approachable, accommodating our needs and any requests. Making sure everything was ok for our stay. She was just so lovely! Absolutely went above and beyond. Made our stay so special and memorable for New Year.
Location;
Absolutely amazing!! High Street one end
of the road with gorgeous shops, tea rooms, everything you need, beautiful Church the other, amazing walks and the most stunning views. Eight Bells Inn directly opposite (20 steps from the Cottage)!. What more could you ask for literally on your doorstep!
Millers Cottage;
This cottage is just lovely. The most gorgeous log fireplace for cosy nights. We loved making this up with logs (which were kindly provided, we also bought more from the Co-Op on the High Street), heated the whole of downstairs. Easily enough room for 2 adults and 2 children to sit comfortably (my youngest daughter loved the living room window seat!). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, more than ample for 4 people.
The first floor bedroom has a lovely view, gorgeous shower room. Plenty of space, our daughters weren't cold whatsoever, they said it was "toasty". Love having their room with own shower etc.
The top floor bedroom is just Devine! Gorgeous roll top bath (this was a dream to have). Plenty of space for 2 adults, bed was sooo comfy! Duvet was heaven - bliss!!
We spent New Year @ Millers Cottage, we didn't want to come home! Our daughters wanted to live there! It's beautiful, perfect. We absolutely loved our stay from the moment we arrived. This is such a lovely, fully equipped, beautifully located cottage, with a kind host! Tanya is amazing!
Thank you so so much for making our New Year! Xxx
Nothing! Absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful renovation. Thoughtfully designed, everything we needed. Locating is brilliant and parking ok.. all free just had to drive around a bit but eventually managed to park very close.
We had torrential rain for most of the time we were there and noticed gutter outside back door was pooring out over doorstep and through bottom of door. Also some water coming in through`tiles behind sink and where the tea and coffee was. We cleared all up and left dry. Couldn't find source but may have been unusually heavy downfall of rain .

The cottage was extremely well and thoughtfully equipped, conveniently located close to the middle of the town, tastefully furnished and with a pleasant courtyard garden. Street parking immediately close by was easy and free. The owner was very quick to respond to our queries and attempted to resolve them (but this included a broken handrail rope on the stairs which couldn't be fixed during our stay). Chipping Campden was an excellent holiday location for us, with a range of specialist shops, cafes, museums, galleries, superb historic buildings and a magnificent church.
The cottage is very compact, OK for 2 but could be crowded for 4. It has very steep, narrow twisting stairs, particularly to the 2nd floor, but no advance indication on Booking.com that it's unsuitable for people with mobility problems. The 2nd floor bedroom has a really tiny washbasin, too small for more than a quick hand wash, with a shelf projecting over it that makes it very difficult to wash your face or clean teeth. The 2nd floor bed sagged in the middle. There was a lot of street noise, but we had expected that because of the town centre location.

Millers Cottage is perfectly situated in quaint and beautiful Chipping Campden. There is a wide range of shops, which provides you with everything you need. Cosy pubs with friendly staff and delecious food, both for adults and children. By public transport it's also easy to reach other beautiful towns and villages.
Tanya was also very hospitable and serviceminded.
