This is a perfect Cotswolds cottage in the perfect Cotswolds village, Chipping Campden. I highly recommend this property. Becky was very responsive and easy to work with throughout our 12 days. Don’t forget to book a table at Eight Bells and Huxley’s too.

We had a wonderful week in this Chipping Campden cottage. The location was perfect —just steps from the shops and restaurants in the town. The cottage was as lovely as the pictures showed and offered a cozy place to retreat to at the end of a day of exploring the countryside. Becky was a welcoming host who answered all our questions. In all, our experience exceeded our (very high) expectations. We feel very lucky to have found this magical spot.

The cottage is wonderful, with two bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. The garden is the cherry on the cake. Perfectly situated with no problem for parking.

The cottage was as described in the narrative with lots of additional niceties. Thank you for the champagne, tea, coffee, and chocolates.Parking was sometimes a little bit of a challenge at times, but we never ended up with more than a 20 yard walk.If you have a 35lb suitcase have fun getting it up the steep and narrow staircases, you'll figure it out though. Alll in all, a lovely place that has a great location in this beautiful little market town. Thanks Becky for the great info you provided too.Cheers and have fun if you decide to stay here.

My adult daughter and I stayed for one week. The cottage was the perfect home base for our time in the Cotswolds. Chipping Campden was the quintessential Cotswold village with many delicious places to eat, nice High Street, and everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed walking the Cotswold Way to Broadway and the Monarch's Way to Blockley. The cottage met all our needs, the beds were very comfortable, and the area very quiet in the night. We had a perfect holiday and are grateful that we had such a wonderful place to call our home away from home.

The cottage was ideally located for local restaurants and shops and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay and it was spotlessly clean. The little extras meant a lot, such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar so we could make a drink straightway after our journey and a tub of millionaires shortbread to really make us feel spoilt. The beds were spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this cottage or any other owned by Becky Penney, I'd also recommend Huxley's Restaurant, (which was only open Friday & Saturday evenings or we would have gone back a second time as the food was so delicious, as was the pink grapefruit gin!). The Lygon Arms where the Sunday roast was huge and served with fresh vegetables and Michaels a small but charming Mediterranean restaurant.

Our host was wonderful, communication was excellent and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us. The cottage was spotless clean, warm and comfortable with lots of character. Loved sitting outside in the sunshine. Location for us was ideal. Just down from the high street with access to quirky shops and lovely pubs. And quiet compared to other Cotswold villages. Excellent walking from the door. The car did not move !
