We stayed in the Grooms Lodge whilst on a course at the Covent Garden Flower School. The lodge was lovely. It was extremely well situated, clean, comfortable and we really could not have wished for more. Off road parking was a bonus.

Grooms Cottage was very clean and comfortable with the exterior and interior done to a very high standard. It exceeded all our expectations and we have difficulty recalling another property that we’ve stayed in that was better equipped. Everything and anything needed was at the cottage and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We used Chipping Campden as a central meeting place for myself, my husband, my sister and her husband (travelling from North and South). The location on the High Street is just perfect for eating out and enjoying local walks but also very handy to use as a base when travelling further afield in the Cotswolds. Ed is an amazing host and quickly forwarded very helpful and detailed information on the cottage and its locality. He also made himself very accessible for any queries via WhatsApp. Parking on site for 2 cars was very much appreciated. We only stayed one night as this was a last minute ‘add on’ to our Cotswolds meet up trip but we have all said we will definitely be booking Grooms Cottage again and I have also recommended it to family and friends since our return home.

Beautiful property, lovely and quirky. Very comfortable and well equipped. We have been to a lot of properties over the years, this one is excellent.

Great location, great house for relaxing and exploring

Kitchen was perfect for having a night in and cooking steaks from the local butcher. Garden also perfect sun trap. Very spacious but we were only 2 people!

What can I say from start to finish this was the most wonderful stay. The host was so informative and nothing was missed. He was on hand at all times and responded straight away! The property was stunning and every detail thought of! I will be booking every year and the location is truly stunning.. :)

Great location in the village, close to local shops. The property has very good facilities and is equipped and decorated to a very high standard. The owner was very easy to contact and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will use it as a base for future exploration of the area.

Beautifully renovated (old and new blend amazingly well) and very well designed cottage with everything you need for a cozy stress free stay. It’s very modern and fresh, and not cluttered with too much needless decoration. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are great. The cottage is on multiple levels, with each room on a different level. Modern amenities. 3 bedrooms. living room, kitchen, 2 en-suite bathroom and one extra toilet. great for a family of upto 6 people. 2 beds large beds to share and 2 single beds. Would definitely come back. Off street parking in lovely courtyard a plus.

Stunning property. Ed has thought of everything. Each room has been done beautifully with the environment in mind. Perfect location. We had a brilliant weekend.

Our stay at Grooms Lodge was a little slice of Cotswolds luxury. Ed has thought of everything to make a stay here smooth and comfortable from the moment we stepped through the door. The photos don’t do the property justice - it is beautifully finished.

We were the first people to stay here and it was available to extend our stay which these 2 days were. As said in my previous post it is an exceptional place to stay and highly recommended.

This property is located in the centre of Chipping Camden close to all amenities and is an absolute gem. It is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and impeccably furnished with everything you could need for either a short or long stay. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are quiet too. In all the years we have been staying in self catering places I can honestly say this is the best! We would definitely recommend it.
