Would use again as village and location are lovely

Lovely quiet location, walk across fields to chipping Camden for afternoon tea.

Squeaky doors and floorboards at night and very drafty window in smaller double room, needs a bit of attention

Large country house, great for family group.

Large house, lovely garden, great kitchen. Very clean. Great linens and beds. Short walk to pub the pub.

Wifi was very bad and only really worked in the dining room - this usually wouldn’t worry me but I had no cell service either. There was an extender by didn’t seem to be working. Furnishings in living areas in need of an upgrade. 1630 check-in time is latest I’ve ever experienced anywhere.

This house felt so warm and welcoming and had so many personal touch’s- it gave us a wonderful backdrop to enjoy ourselv

The big range cooker in a massive open plan kitchen and the two sitting rooms provided us with ample room for a family reunion and all the fun and games that goes with it.

The bathrooms are a bit tired with some loose tiles and a tap that didn’t work.

Will visit again with the family!

Everything was fantastic! Very comfortable and spacious, great location too! Perfect for our group of two couples who wanted a mix of exploring the area and home from home comforts. Excellent kitchen facilities/equipment, perfect for home cooking.

There was a summer party (outdoor?) nearby on the Saturday night with loud music playing until the early hours of the morning. Didn’t sleep well on last night due to this as no sound proofing in the house at all. But this wasn’t the host’s fault, and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

Plenty of downstairs space and pretty garden. Quite and lovely area. Nice clean bedding and large towels. 5 mins by car to nearest shops

Downstairs toilet seat needs fixing on. Upstairs toilet seat and cover has yellow stains and looks unpleasant. Phone signal dreadful in Cottswolds...not your fault !

We were snowed in on the Sunday, but we didn’t care, the house more than made up for it 🥰

The house was beautiful, the cleanliness was first class and when we arrived, lights were left on for us and the heating was on, would highly recommend this property.

A great place to stay for a larger group.

Warm and welcoming.

Furniture not overly comfortable. T.V not a smart tv in main living area. we had hot water for two days. On the third day there was no hot water even though the instruction book said hot water was always available.

Charmantes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Die Küche war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Pub im Ort ist zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
