1. location is good, there are many nice restaurants around and is close to RER and metro 2. heat is on 3. equipped with electrical appliances

1. the building must be really really old, and the place is on the fifth floor without lift, the surrounding on the floor looks quite scary 2. you have to bend yourself to cross the door between living room and bedroom(even I am only 1.60m height, cannot go without bending myself in the room 3. the communication quite bad, this is the first and only apartment I cannot receive or send message through booking app, and I did not receive any information until I arrived the place and had to call the host the access 4. hard to control the temperature of shower 5. the door lock looks unreliable

Apartment on 5th floor and there's no lift/elevator in the building. Totally inhuman!

It is in the centre of Vincennes. Its at a reasonable distance from the metro station. Building access is automated from the main entrance till your apartment door. The landlord or the property manager was always there to help.

The building is really old and It doesn't have elevator or lift. The apartment is on 5th floor and I literally broke my back carrying 2 giant suitcases through round wooden stairs all the way up to 5th floor. I can't imagine how is it normal for anyone to go through this misery at any level or maybe I am from Dubai where comfort and convenience is taken very seriously.

- No elevator for 5th floor - Poor drainage in shower box, but it was fixed in the last day - Really small bedroom door, need to bow to pass the door

The place is clean, well equipped but inside space very limited

The flat is located under the building roof with very low ceiling height in the bedroom. To get to the bedroom you almost have to bend on your knees to go through a tiny door which is about 1.2 meters high
