If you look for quiet place where you want to relax outside of busy capital, this is the place you're looking for. Clean apartment with everything you need. The land is something breath taking. This charming property in the heart of Scotland highlands offers a true taste of the region for nature lovers.

Beautiful grounds on Loch Ness with lots of interesting places to explore. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds, plenty space in wardrobes. The hosts are very caring and welcoming, recommended us some fantastic hikes in the area.

Right before our stay there was a big storm and internet was out. We used a local cafe to send bigger files. There was so much to do in the area that we did not care about internet.

Definitely the Location , people’s visit LochNess , we were staying on the LochNess , the view of the Loch and the mountain beyond ,with the boats passing by and definitely the horses freely grazing , it was a as if we were in a cottage we usually see on a Scottish picture postcard . Location is stunning with picturesque view - the lake from one side and the mountains from another side. The appartment is located on the private land was comfortable, cosy and warm with everything you need. The owner Osh was very welcoming and friendly.

A perfect location within walking distance of all Fort Augustus has to offer but in a quiet and secluded area right on the side of the Loch. The owners land surrounding the property allows for relaxing walks as well as viewing the variety of animals, horses, highland cattle, chickens as well as a wide variety of birds etc.

Located on a tiny peninsula on Loch Ness, views were magnificent. Small Number of guests so very peaceful. Accommodation was clean, smart looking and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and their numerous pets added some unexpected quirkiness.

A must visit

This place is an absolute gem. Set alongside the old steamboat ferry boarding pier, this location has it all. From private beach access to Loch Ness, to the most amazing private glen - home to a family of docile highland cows. A treehouse and rope swing are the perfect spot for a bit of fun for kids and adults alike - photo opportunities abound. Private access to the Loch means you avoid the droves of tourists in Fort Augustus. Still, access to the high street is a short walk away. So, whether you want to relax away from it all or you want the most picturesque hub for your regional travels do yourself a favour and book this spot. Simply put, a must visit for any highland experience. We will be back.

Excellent location. You open up your curtains and loch ness is in front of you - breath taking views. Both Ash & Osh were both helpful and gave some useful tips( things to do) . Wish we had stayed longer than 3 days .

Highly recommend.

Beautiful accommodation on the south tip of Loch Ness. Stunning views across the Loch. The apartment is a small, self-contained flat with self catering facilities - it was perfect for our stay. Osh is a great host. Breakfast, due to Covid, is a basic continental style. Fort Augustus is a great base for exploring the area. We will definitely return.
