We were very well looked after by Jo who met us at the reception on the day of arrival.
The location of the rubbish bins could be better thought out; it was a very long walk each day to empty the trash.

The setting is gorgeous, directly on Loch Ness in an historic building much character. There are many things to do nearby and on property. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked.
The units are not as nice as the photos. The furniture is dated. The walls need fresh paint and new moldings. There are very heavy doors between every room due to fire code. I know it’s unavoidable but it makes each room seem closed off. Moreover the doors are heavy and noisy which is disruptive especially at night.
