We were very well looked after by Jo who met us at the reception on the day of arrival.
The location of the rubbish bins could be better thought out; it was a very long walk each day to empty the trash.

The old monastery was gorgeous. Beautiful grounds and everything around it. Seconds walk from the village. Right on Loch Ness.
There were no towels when we arrived and as it was late we had nothing to dry off with but a bath mat. We had been traveling for 32hours and had to have a shower before we could sleep. There was also a pair of dirty underwear in the closet of the bedroom that never got taken out. There was a strange smell in the kitchen and living room area. I emailed and messaged about the towels and they still didn’t get to me until 11:10am the next morning. We were also not in the main building which was a surprise to me because they don’t put descriptors on all the rooms.
