The smart home features, the Jacuzzi and the waterbed are awesome. The whole suite is furnished and decorated beautifully. :)

Not a really bad but in interest of completenes: It should be more clear during the booking process, that for breakfast the ingrediants are provided in the suite. It is not as maybe expected served like in a hotel. Good thing aboute it is, that you can get a coffee whenever you want. If you are german you may also miss some not sweet things like sausage or cheese for breakfast. Maybe a cooperation with the pasticceria nearby for breakfast in addition or instead of the breakfast in the suite would be a good idea. :)

Posizione centrale e a pochi metri dal lungolago. Monolale super accessoriato

Purtroppo nonostante il monolocale sia molto bello, nuovo e super accessoriato, il sistema di riscaldamento non è consono alla metratura della stanza. Ai primi di gennaio con temperature molto rigide, la sola pompa di calore non ha riscaldato adeguatamente la stanza. Gentile lo staff nell'aiutarci nella regolazione da remoto ma non c'era una temperatura consona all'inverno. Peccato perché il monolocale ha delle ottime potenzialità, ma il riscaldamento adeguato dovrebbe essere al primo posto rispetto ad altre tecnologie che potrebbero essere "superflue"

Struttura nel centro storico del paese, di design, domotica e curata nei dettagli Molti comfort (la vasca idromassaggio con la cromoterapia tra tutti) ma non tutti funzionanti e pulizia impeccabile

Riscaldamento non adeguato alla struttura: nonostante la pompa di calore fosse accesa, l’ambiente è rimasto freddo

A due passi dal lungo lago

-Appartamento situato in una posizione centrale -presenza di una cucina ben servita anche se alcune cose sono poco funzionali e scomode - comodità del tagliando per i parcheggi -la proprietaria è presente e disponibile.

Essendo un appuntamento piccolo e molto pieno di oggetti, la presenza di una sola finestra alta dà ancora di più il senso di chiuso e scuro. Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi il prezzo è stato molto elevato.

Bon séjour, à proximité immédiate du lac.

Logement situé dans le centre ancien, à 2 minutes à pied du lac. Rue non circulée, donc pas de bruit de véhicules. Le logement est en rez-de-chaussée. Porte sécurisée avec code. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la climatisation, mais elle ne fonctionnait pas. La douche est assez mal configurée, on fait une flaque d'eau dans la salle de bains. Le mobilier est de qualité, la présentation soignée, très agréable. Curieusement, tout est réglé très haut : je mesure 1m90, et l'accès au mobilier était parfois trop haut pour moi (lavabo, étagères) Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café à une centaine de mètres. Il faudrait préciser aux locataires quel est le contenu de ce déjeuner : Par défaut, nous avons demandé le minimum (1 café + 1 croissant) mais, étant habitués aux déjeuners copieux d'hôtels, nous aurions aimé que ce soit un peu plus garni...

Il faut faire réparer la climatisation. Elle donne l'illusion de marcher, mais se coupe après 30 secondes. Préciser le contenu du petit déjeuner.

Mooie ruimte op een mooie locatie.

De kamer is mooi, als je van technische snufjes houdt moet je deze ruimte zeker boeken. Gordijnen met afstandsbediening, lichtjes in de badkamer (chromotherapie), bubbelbad. Locatie is prima. Alles op loopafstand, erg rustig gelegen. Bed slaapt heerlijk. Het is er schoon.

In de omschrijving staat dat je er kunt parkeren, echter, dit is in een garage een stukje verderop (dit moet met een parkeerkaart die je in het appartement moet ophalen) Je kunt (als je eerder arriveert dan 1530) niet bij het appartement komen met de auto omdat het centrumpje dan autoluw is. Wij konden pas na 1600 in het appartement vanwege werkzaamheden aan de airco. Konden dus ook niet de parkeerkaart alvast gebruiken voor de garage of onze bagage neerzetten, wat wij als vervelend hebben ervaren (je weet niet hoe veilig het ergens is als je er voor het eerst bent en of je je bagage in de auto kunt achterlaten). Wij hadden onze bagage al wel willen stallen in het appartement, dat had servicegerichte stap naar ons geweest, ook al waren we aan de vroege kant.

L'ambiente del mini appartamento è acogliente Il benvenuto da parte della direzione è stato molto soddisfacente Il materasso ad acqua è molto comodo e caldo (è possibile scaldarlo) Il bagno è ampio e dotato di molto accessori, inclusa la lavatrice, molto comodo per lunghi soggiorni Geniale la cromoterapia e la Jacuzzi

Mi aspettavo un appartamento un poco più grande Il tavolo centrale è piccolo, giusto sufficiente per una persona, per due è già stretto La colazione in convenzione con il vicino bar si riduce a solo cappuccino e brioche, decisamente troppo poco Andrebbe potenziato il cotrollo tramite Alexa L'acqua calda dal boiler per la Jacuzzi è appena sufficiente
