A great location for a family trip.

Spacious, well equipped with everything you would need for a stay! Beds were super comfy. Aircon appreciated. Deborah was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. Was great to have a garden and bbq.

Perfect accommodation for a short break with the family

Excellent accommodation in a perfect location to Castello di Montignano where we attended a family wedding. Having air conditioning in every room was very welcomed since it was so hot! The garden was beautiful (we made full use of the hot tub!) and the guest basket of eggs, wine, olive oil, tomatoes and the additional milk I had asked them to provide was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

The house is cozy, well-equipped and exactly as advertised online. We were also pleasantly surprised by a brand new jacuzzi in the garden. Fabrizio and Debora were welcoming, caring and responsive hosts (they immediately helped us at 6 am when the power went out in the house). The host left some salad produce, a bottle of sparkling wine and some olive oil which was really nice as a welcome gift. Due to the amazing location, all the sights in southern Umbria, and even Lazio, were easily accessible to us. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a nice holiday in Umbria.

Very very Impressed with this place. We Stayed there for my nieces wedding at a venue nearby. The spacious, clean and very modern rooms made us feel instantly comfortable with a luxurious feel and many extras. People are very friendly. We also got a nice and thoughtful welcome gift. Amazing host! Highly recomended if you are visiting that part of Italy.

The house is beautiful, it has a lovely patio and is super comfortable. Debora, the host, was incredibly nice and accommodating. Everything was perfect.

The hosts met us at an agreed time to show us around the accommodation and answer any questions we had and give us the keys. The property is easy to find. There is parking right outside the door. It was very clean, tidy, modern and well equipped. There is a large entrance hall with stairs leading up to the first floor where there is a kitchen/diner, main bedroom and bathroom. On the next floor are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, large fridge, small freezer, coffee machine, kettle and cooking pans and utensils, cutlery and crockery. Tea towels, washing up liquid etc. The bathroom on the first floor has a fabulous shower and good quality towels. There was always plenty of hot water. There is air-conditioning and heating in all rooms with is very efficient. The free Wifi and SKY TV worked really well. There is a balcony all around the first floor which can be accessed from the bedroom and kitchen/diner. It has a beautifully kept garden with table and chairs and a BBQ area. The host left some salad produce, a bottle of sparkling wine and some olive oil which was really nice as a welcome gift. It is an excellent location if you are attending a wedding at the beautiful Castillo di Montignano (which was the reason we were in Umbria). There is lots to see around the area or if you just want a relaxing holiday this is the place to chill. It is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very easy to contact if you had any issues (we didn't). Overall we had a fabulous time in a beautiful part of Umbria.

Fantastic house with all amenities for a delightful stay in the hills of Umbria

From all our vacation apartments this was simply the best and nicest. Very clean, very modern and with any amenities you can think of. The house and the garden offer a lot of privacy, the internet works solidly, and, most of all, the owners are really very kindly and helpful. Therefore, Debora and Fabrizio, thanks again - the tomatoes you've brought along with the basket of fruits and vegetables are the much tasteful ones we've ever had! For a restaurant close by we can recommend the Capricorn.

At least - and basically for us - simply nothing to complain about. But, one or another might miss german television programs, we helped ourselves using the internet and watched sky go for Bundesliga. And you definitely need a car to get there.

mi sarei aspettato una villetta accogliente e pulita , ma nulla di questo . siamo arrivati in un posto , cupo chiuso da non so quando e una puzza di polvere insopportabile , il giardino sporco tappeti pieni di peli sedie vecchissime , e cuscini indescrivibili . x non parlare del frigo collegato con filo volante . praticamente ho abbandonato subito e siamo andati via .

Topverblijf in Zuid Umbrië

Alles was tot in de kleinste details perfect verzorgd, zowel in huis als in de tuin. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst ook. Dank ook voor de lieve verse cadeautjes. De locatie is zeer geschikt voor het verkennen van het zuiden van Umbrië.
