Location, location, location! At our complex, this condo is as close as you can get to the West Wall lift, so you can enjoy TRUE ski-in/ski-out access in winter.
During the summer, walk over to the base area in no time! From there, visit the Adventure center, or ride the Silver Queen lift and summit Mt. CB. Take in the views at over 12,000 feet—it’s spectacular.
Ready to venture to the historic, creative district downtown? The cozy, quaint atmosphere of Elk Ave. is picture-perfect. This area hosts the valley’s best restaurants, retail shops, and art galleries. And it’s less than a 10-minute drive from this condo! Or hop on the free town shuttle—the stop is just down the street. In winter, don’t let weather hold you back; you can leave the driving to us. Guests enjoy free, on-call shuttle service provided by the condo complex. The shuttle runs 8:00 a.m. until midnight during ski season and transports to the base area as well as downtown.

The charcoal Weber grill is just steps away from your condo in the common area outside the building.
Wind down with a glass of your favorite wine while you lounge in our patio chairs and admire stunning Rocky Mountain sunsets. Wrap up the evening snuggled around the wood-burning fireplace—you can stock up on free firewood just down the hall from the condo.
Our bed arrangements are perfectly suited for your group of up to 9 people. With two King beds, one Queen bed, and one Twin-over-Queen bunk, everyone has a place to rest their head peacefully.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Great property. Would definitely stay again. Ski in an out easy. You can ski right up to the door of the complex. Had ski locker right outside our units door. Have shelves for your boots as soon as you walk in. Unit has all the cooking utilities you could need. Everything worked great. Hot showers and plenty f towels and pillows. They supply wood for the fireplace. This unit has its own washer and dryer (Bring detergent). Nice views and a large deck with plenty of seating. The only thing I would add was a Smart TV so guest can login into there own services they use (Netflix, NFL, Prime, ect).

Location is key! While we were there we had little snow unfortunately so West Wall lift was not running but with snow, it would have been ideal! The office staff was friendly and helpful. And the shuttle was super convenient. The ski locker was a welcomed surprise. So nice to be able to keep our skis and boards organized and out of the way!The condo itself is clean, cozy and has a lovely mountain vibe. I loved the layout. Perfectly suited for a group of 9. We traveled with our grown children and everyone was comfortable. It's a nice sized condo in a great location. That was our 3rd time to Crested Butte and Keystone was our fav building and location.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Toilet faucets are old and hard to use.

Very noisy between floors when people walk
Not a true ski in and out for a regular skier. You had to go out of bounce to ski to the condo. If you are a beginner you also had to walk to a lift for a beginner green slope.
DVD player did not work. Had to request an HDMI cord.
Sink in master bath leaked part way thru our stay. Management corrected within 2 hours.
It appears they do not review the condo to ensure everything is in its proper working order between stays.
Also found a sock under a bed. Not sure how well they clean the condo due to several items not truly clean.
