About this apartment rental

Ski In/Ski out* or Shuttle from our "Westwall Paradise" Condo, a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Plus Loft and Hot Tub and that is .5 miles from amazing Hiking and Mountain Biking Trails.

*SKI IN/OUT: Dependent on Westwall Lift being open (typically opens about 7 to 10 days before Christmas). SKI TO LIFT is good for all skiers and SKI TO CONDO is best for INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED skiers and ADVANCED Snowboarders (details in listing).

The Hot Tub is open year round! Features one car Garage + uncovered parking, plus Ski Locker and Bike Storage. Enjoy Views from Private Deck and from two en suite bedrooms, both en suites have King Beds. WIFI, Laundry in unit, Gas Fireplace, Grill on Private Deck. Two workspaces complete the unit. The unit is up two flights of stairs, there is no elevator.

Enjoy 2 King Bedrooms (New Mattresses) with En Suite Bathrooms, and 2 additional bedrooms with Twin beds. The bed layout sleeps 10 in bedrooms, with bonus Queen size foldable mattress / sleeper sofa option in living room.

The first King bed en suite Suite is on the main floor and has access to the private deck. The second King bed en Suite is on the second floor and has large windows with amazing views and a TV. The main level room twin bedroom has 2 single beds and the upstairs twin room has a bunk bed and a trundle bed to sleep 4 comfortably. There is also a sofa bed in living room. If a sofa bed is not for you, we also have a comfortable folding queen mattress to accommodate a variety of sleeping options. Four full size bathrooms complete this large unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops. Dining for 11 (Dining room seats 8, with 3 additional counter seats at kitchen).

Hut Tub is professionally maintained and is open year round (minimal maintenance time occasionally scheduled in off season only). There is also a community grill located by the hot tub.

Trails and Downhill Bike Park accessible without driving! A short bike to the main Lift Service for summer downhill and only .5 miles to Westside trail and Upper Loop trail (see MTB project for other nearby trails).

Two Dedicated Workspaces with comfortable desk chairs allows two to check email and catch up on work. One in lower King bed en suite (desk / chair can be moved as desired, but returned) and other in Loft.

Family friendly - includes portable crib, pack n' play, portable high chair, baby gate, and board games for the family. There is a playground area just above the unit.

Ski in/out or Shuttle: Ski to lift great for all skiers and ski to condo is best for intermediate / advanced skiers (depending on conditions). Ski in/out is dependent West Wall Lift operating, which typically opens 7 to 10 days before Christmas. The Ski to the Resort is from the condo to West Wall lift (or Peachtree lift), which are on Skier's left side of the resort, one lift from the resort base area. First time skiers can also ski on green trails to bottom of West Wall lift, then walk up to the condo (or shuttle back to condo). Winter shuttle is also available between main ski resort area and Condo, with connection to the Town of Crested Butte. The winter shuttle stops at the bottom of the parking lot where it meets Hunter Hill Rd. The Crystal/ Castle free shuttle goes between the Ski Resort base area and the condos every 30 minutes. During non-Winter months, walk .25 miles down the road to catch the main resort to town shuttle. Feel free to request the condo information which includes these details plus Maps.

No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties. Quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.

Colorado Ski resorts can get a LOT of snow and this unit is perched up a steep drive for ski in/out access and great views! All Wheel Drive or 4 Wheel Drive vehicle is recommended in Winter months.

Parking: One car garage that does not accommodate a vehicle with roof box (80" approximate height limit, may be less if there is snowpack on driveway) and one spot in front of unit that will accommodate roof box (2 dedicated spaces). There is also an overflow lot near the hot tub limited to one space for our unit via a parking pass, but those spaces are not dedicated (first come, first serve, not guaranteed).

Located off the beaten path, Crested Butte is known for some of the best lift-served Ski and Mountain Biking terrain in the nation. Home to the longest extreme skiing competition in the world, quirky costume events and our friendly vibe, Crested Butte is a place you want to add to your bucket list. Surrounded by 1.7 million acres of National Forest, there is no shortage of activities to embrace all year long! You can hike, bike, and cross country ski, right out your front door in any direction. With so many events and fun things to do year-round, it's always a good time to visit Crested Butte.
