The expansive open-concept living and dining area centers around a striking stone, wood-burning fireplace—we provide the firewood—creating a warm and inviting gathering space. The fully equipped, walk-through kitchen makes it easy to prepare family meals. Two sliding glass doors open to a large shared balcony, where you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the West Elk Mountains.
The main level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the upper level includes a sleeping loft, a fourth bedroom, and an additional bathroom. The condo is fully furnished, including linens and dishes, and even includes a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

This condo complex is amazing and the staff is A+. The location of this condo is amazing. The condo is large and has 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 easily.
When we arrived, I was pretty shocked with how outdated everything was. The appliances did not work properly, paint was chipping off the walls, the decor was literally from 2001 (dates on posters on the walls), and the beds/chairs/tables/technology is very outdated.
This property really needs an update. Once updated, it will be an A++. As-is, I probably wouldn't stay there again.
