About this apartment rental
The Redstone complex is located just a few blocks from Resort Access, Base Area shops and restaurants, and the main transit center. Enjoy additional property amenities like complimentary wifi, parking, onsite laundry, 2 outdoor communal hot tubs, and the outdoor barbecue grill.
These 3 bedroom plus loft, 3 full bath condominium is great for large families or groups. You’ll find your kitchen, living, and dining, as well as a master bedroom/bath and one guest bedroom/bath on the entry-level of this condo. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for 2 and comfortable seating for 7 at the dining room table. It then leads into the spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling complemented with a large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, large L-shaped sofa, and 1 additional chair for everyone to comfortably relax. The entry-floor master bedroom features a new queen bed, TV, and a private primary bathroom. The first guest bedroom, also on the entry floor, maximizes sleeping space with a queen bed and twin bunk bed. The adjoining balcony to the master bedroom offers northern views of the surrounding area. Head up the spiral staircase in the vaulted living room to find the two additional guest bedrooms and baths. Upstairs you’ll enter into the first room with two twins and a flat-screen TV. The fourth guest bedroom is located off of this room with a bay window providing additional light and connection to the twin room. This two-level condo is easily accessed from the backside of the complex and does require three flights of indoor stairs to the entrance. Outdoor complex parking for 2 is allotted (1 vehicle permitted in the rear lot, 1 in the front).
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and surrounding areas. The Buttes are within close walking distance of the main transit center. Summer schedule runs every 20 minutes; winter schedule runs every 15 minutes; shoulder seasons every 40 minutes.
Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management offers additional services for our guests that others may not. Upon your arrival, you’ll find that we supply all linens, towels, and paper goods. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with powder creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. We also provide towel and trash services for our paying guests every other day. For additional service requests, please contact our office.

This was a perfect home base for my low key bachelorette party. Plenty of space for everyone, easy access to hiking and restaurants (summer, but would be super close for winter activities too), and right near the town shuttle!

The property management, booking and checking were all easy and smooth. Loved the layout of the property and the hot tubs were amazing. There were a few things that could have made the property better. Some of the beds were very stiff or the sheets didn't fit. The place would be improved with blinds, more than silverware for 10 when it sleeps 12, part of the cough is broken, and we were only given 2 trashbags.

Kate is easy to work with. The location and size of this property were great for our needs. It is a cute residence, just very dirty. It needs a deep clean. The dirtiness of the kitchen and the black hair that was everywhere was a little upsetting.
