Newly renovated in 2019! This condo now features all new beds and bedding, with flat screen TVs in every bedroom, plus completely renovated bathrooms. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Build a fire in the wood-burning fireplace. The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit! Your group of up to 12 people will find this spacious, four-bedroom and three-bathroom condo a very comfortable choice for your stay in Crested Butte. Whether skiing, hiking, biking, or enjoying the wildflowers; K-304 has some of the best amenities available. Make this unit your “base camp” year-round for mountain adventures.
NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

The Keystone Building entrance is on the second floor. There is one flight of stairs up to the third floor to access K-304.

PLEASE NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. PLEASE WINTERIZE YOUR VEHICLE. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

San Moritz is ski-in/ski-out, and the Keystone building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.
Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. San Moritz has its own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!
**If you book your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, the Full Payment amount is due upon booking. If you book your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, half of the total amount is due upon booking as your Initial Deposit. The other Final Payment half is due 30 days from your arrival.**

We used this condo for a group trip of 9 individuals. It provided a great base for an awesome weekend in CB. Parking was easy and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even though the balcony is shared, because it's an end unit it feels pretty private. Only thing worth mentioning is that the top floor does get warm in the middle of summer days, but was mostly fine overnight.

We enjoyed stay, but one of the showers was broken, upstairs was hot and they did not put enough bath supplies for 9 people.
