This loft is relatively spacious and contained the variety of beds that were in the listing I paid for. The bunk room was comfortable enough for 5 adult kids because two of the four beds in that room are full size, and because the five 20-somethings in my party are used to being together. it was family-friendly, but you need a friendly family. The balcony provided nice extra open space in lovely summer weather.
We thought we could do a fourth-floor-walk-up with our group, but then one person got injured and those stairs became a problem.
The kitchen is too small.
There was an electricity problem causing the kitchen and living room lights to go out but I got a text from someone directing me to the breaker switch behind a picture. I did not get a message that an electrician was coming over two days later.
The entrance to the building is unclear, but I found the front doors to be unlocked, so you could say it worked out!
You may need a second garbage container instead of asking residents to keep trash inside until the pickup has cleared it because it overflows and attracts animals. We loved the animals though!

I loved the Master Bedroom. The location was perfect. The ski valet was the perfect solution to not having to carry our skis back and forth from the condo to the lift each day. We were able to change into our boots in the locker room and could leave our street shoes there without having to rent a locker. The parking situation was great. The free bus to and from downtown Crested Butte that runs every 15 minutes was a perk. The kitchen was well stocked.
The 4th floor with no elevator was a challenge, but we managed. Bunk beds for senior adults was not the best, but we made it work. The animal skin throw rugs need to go - they are ugly and a tripping hazard - especially the one under the dining room table.

Extremely close (0.25 miles) from the base.
We ended up on the 4th floor (with no elevator). It was a huge effort to get all of our equipment up to our room.
