Well located comfy apartment for visiting historic Spoleto

The apparent was exceptionally well located. I came to visit the Duomo and La Rocca and this apartment was **right there**. A Don Matteo fans’s dream. The underground moving walkway entrance is also extremely close. The accommodation was very comfortable, with plenty of pots and pans for cooking in if you want and wonderful restaurants right next door if you don’t. Above all the host was easy to contact and very helpful. I will definitely be staying he if I return to Spoleto, and I hope I do.

Spoleto is great and I recommend this apartment. It's cozy and clean.

The location was excellent! Close to The Duomo and Casa Romana.

It was difficult to find the door to the apartment. Fortunately a nice Italian family helped us call the landlord and they helped us unlock the key box.

The location is unbeatable if your goal is to see the historic center

The location is outstanding. The property is comfortable and well equipped.

There was an issue when I first arrived. I don’t know if this was a booking.com issue or the owner but my arrival was not communicated. I waited for almost 2 hours to get in. I think/hope this was an anomaly. The rest of my stay was very good. I’d stay again but I’d make sure I communicate with the owner well in advance.

A stunning modern apartment with beautiful classic features in the perfect location, just round the corner (so very close but also quiet) from all the main sites, bars and restaurants of Old Town Spoleto, and across the road from the escalator entrance! (Perfect when carrying heavy luggage) fantastic communication from the owner.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Spoleto.

The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and perfectly located in the the historic center of Spoleto between the Duomo and the Piazza Mercato. It is located only about 150 feet from the Piazza Mercato escalator entrance into the old city. Consequently, it is easy to park in the new town and take the escalator system to the Maerma 2.0. The hosts provided a nice assortment of baked goods for our use.

The apartment is located on the ground floor adjacent to a narrow street so natural light will always be limited. The fully modernized facility made up for this with abundant interior lighting.

Perfect gem in heart of Spoleto!

The location is perfectly situated in center of the old center of Spoleto. Could not be better location. Well equipped apartment! Easy access to unit.

Salt and pepper and sugar was not provided. Would be nice as it is an apartment with cooking facilities and coffee is provided.

I can recommend it to anyone looking for a romantic, pleasant apartment with a real Italian feel.

The location of the apartment is very good, located in the center. All sights are easily and quickly accessible. The apartment is well equipped, clean , and it was very cozy . The hosts were very helpful.

La struttura è in posto strategico… molto accogliente, pulito .. il proprietario molto cortese e ci ha indicato diversi posti dove mangiare e fare colazione e ci ha dato indicazioni dettagliate dove si trovava l’appartamento…

È stata chiusa l’acqua di notte senza preavviso, ma non dipendeva dal proprietario. Per il resto tutto top!
