Calcott Annexe is a cosy couple's retreat, next to the owner's home, in Little Doward near Whitchurch, within the Wye Valley AONB. The property has one double bedroom, sleeping two guests, as well as a wet room-style bathroom, a kitchen, sitting room with electric fire and a conservatory with dining seating. Outside there is off-road parking secure gates and an enclosed rear patio garden with furniture. Calcott Annexe is a wonderful base for a couple's retreat to the picturesque Wye Valley.
Amenities: LPG gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 1 car. Enclosed patio garden with furniture. One well-behaved SMALL pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.8 miles.
