Very handy for a couple of nice beaches.
Handy for two very close beaches with great restaurant's. Very clean. Good aircon and wifi and very helpful hosts.
You need to pick up a few supplies before you arrive as nearest shop a good 20 minute walk. I noticed that in 2023 a guest posted that it will be great when the garden is finished. In 2025 it still has some way to go!

We paid €122 for the night, definitely not worth it.
The hosts were very nice.
We found 3 cockroaches in the room and in the morning they were covered with ants. We don’t know how those insects got into the room but it wasn’t very nice to see them especially beacause they could’ve gone into our suiticases and damaged our clothes!

Excellent location just a walk to small beach and great restaurant (Magaya) Property has everything you need (AC Wifi small equipped kitchen starter cleaning supplies coffee etc) Responsive owner that lives a minute away Nice patio with view to olive trees 30 min walk (no sidewalk but everyone walks the road) to downtown Parikia

The property was secluded, right next to the beach. House haa everything we needed for stay. Nice backyard with olive trees. Great for couples. The owner is really nice man.

Piccolo appartamento vicinissimo al centro di Paroikia raggiungibile in pochi minuti con il motorino. Situato in una zona tranquilla con vista mare e ampio spazio esterno dove poter mangiare o rilassarsi e parcheggiare eventualmente automobile o motorino. Dotato di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno confortevole: condizionatore, tv, asciugamani, phon, stoviglie, pentole ecc. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili. Super consigliato!
Il bagno un pò piccolo ma è adatto per due persone.
