Location. Host immediately replaced a non working kettle which was essential and we were all grateful.
Lounge area is lovely, shower nice and hot.
Instructions to turn right into Portland st, go down to gated car park were very confusing. An employee at the school helped us find it, but only after firstly misunderstanding the written instructions like we did.
The crockery and cutlery were the absolute minimum which was a bit disappointing.

Great location - so close to the city and near shops and takeaways. Was clean and spacious. Very helpful to have a parking space.
Provisions were basic (only one plate, glass, cutlery set per person etc)

Location was excellent, apartment was quirky, hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. Let us check in early and leave later.
WiFi isn’t great, TVs don’t work well , ( no aerial only through apps if wifi working) , limited kitchen utensils, sofas need a good clean and decor is tired. Needs some TLC.
