Cosy penthouse old town sea view little terraces Air conditionned

Nicolas is an excellent host with great communication throughout our stay. He made lots of useful recommendations. The apartment is so central and exactly where we wanted to be in Old Nice. There are 2 balconies with great views. We were very comfortable.

The aesthetics of this place were breath taking. I do care a lot to stay in places that have soul, and this has been an amazing experience for me. The atmosphere of this place, the decorations, lamps, souvenirs all together create a work of art. I enjoyed just staying in the flat, on a sofa with a glass of wine, or using one of the two balconies. Very calming and wellness experience. With air conditioning that actually works, i did yoga there too😆😅 The views are amazing, overlooking the monuments of the city centre, the flat is right there. It is high up, so mind the steps, but very soothing, calm, no city centre rush and noise. But if you feel like it, you just go downstairs and everythings at the corner food, bars, culture, dancing and the beach few minutes away. I enjoyed taking photos from from balcony during different parts of the day.

It is so lovely and with a personal touch.

No elevator but it is ok anyhow

The location is excellent.
