The location is INCREDIBLE, right in the heart of the old town only a couple of minute walk to Nice beach/promenade des Anglais The apartment itself is very beautiful, spacious living area, & basic kitchen utensils. Aircon was really good & we had a great time. Would definitely recommend.
Very minor - but the bed was quite small and only had 2 very very thin pillows but was fine

Good location and amenities, aircon worked.
Stairway up to the apartment was very dark, didn’t see any lights. The shower was broken so you had to be careful with the force of the water or the head would shoot off.

Very clean with all amenities in place. Lovely apartment in general.
Although the double glazing was good it was noisy later in the evening especially at the weekend.
