The location of the apartment is really nice and central in the Old town, with lots and lots of bakeries, shops, bars and restaurants close by! Not long to walk to the beach either. The apartment was clean and everything functioned well. We were a group of 5 adults and 1 child so the set-up with 3 bedrooms was perfect for us. The big table in the living room was really nice for breakfast. We really enjoyed our time in Nice and at the apartment. Would be happy to stay here again!

Some things that are good to know is that the bedroom that is located in the front of the apartment can be quite noisy during the nights as there is a bar below. On the first night it was a bit difficult to get some sleep but I guess we got used to it as we slept well on the other nights even though there was some noise. Important to also point out that the issue affects only one of the bedrooms. The noise did not affect the other two bedrooms. There are also some steps to get from the elevator to the apartment door and also when you open the apartment door there are quite steep stairs to get to the apartment (you can kind of see that in the photos but the actual stairs are not shown in the photos). It also took us some "training" to open all of the doors as they worked differently to what we were used to, but no problems when we just learned how to open and close them.

Dogodna lokalizacja niestety apartament nie posiada klimatyzacji co w tych czasach powinno być już standardem . Sporo komplikacji jak np klucze trzeba odnieść do skrzynki kilkaset metrów od obiektu bardzo krótkie godziny w których można się zameldować od 16 mało tego od 20-23 już musisz dopłacić . Straszny hałas do porannych godzin ponieważ w centrum trwa ciągła impreza . Gdyby była klimatyzacja można byłoby zwyczajnie zamknąć okna . Obowiązek wynoszenia śmieci po wynajmie , trzeba szukać śmietnika , książka opisu zakazów np nie stawianie szklanek na blacie w kuchni jakieś opisy używania baterii zlewozmywakowej w toalecie . Żeby zamknąć i otworzyć drzwi trzeba każdorazowo się namęczyć bo są zwyczajnie zepsute i stare. Generalnie nie aktualnie podejście do mocno zużytego apartamentu . Odwiedziłam już 65 krajów i takich komplikacji i obostrzeń w dawno nie remontowanym apartamencie dawno nie miałam . Gdyby nie to że podróżowałam wyjątkowo w 5 osób napewno wybrałabym co innego .
