Our stay at Muze Hotel in Utrecht was a truly enjoyable experience. What stood out most was the exceptional friendliness of the staff – everyone we encountered was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Utrecht’s city centre, with many sights, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself has a wonderful atmosphere. The interior feels thoughtfully designed, combining style and comfort in a way that creates a warm and inviting ambience. Overall, a lovely place to stay that we would happily recommend.

Enjoyed filling breakfast. Accommodating, helpful and friendly hosts allowed me to leave luggage. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom.
Room Flora is very noisy from road traffic. Didn’t expect that for the money. Used ear plugs. Such a shame. Very steep stairs.
