Fantastic little apartment right on the canal. We can’t wait to come back!

Truly unique and amazing location. Perfect way to enjoy the culture and history of this charming city. It’s a compact studio but had everything we needed. So easy to get to all the places we wanted to see.

Our only complaint is that all the soaps had a very strong perfume scent. So if you are sensitive to scents, definitely bring your own hand soap!

Location is perfect, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, right outside the doors. People were extremely friendly. Fourth time at this hotel, and will be back again♥️

Amazingly cosy and chill accomodation

I love the comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, cosy and chill environment. The bed was so comfortable, it blew my mind. There were muesli, yoghurt, juices prepared. Koen and Wilmar made me feel really at home here. I will definitely return here if I’m returning to the NL. ☺️

Wonderful place to stay in Utrecht!!

We really enjoyed our stay, this is a wonderful apartment in an excellent location in the center of Utrecht. Unique stay as it's located on the historic canals. The host was very helpful. We had a great time.

Beautiful place with all the extras in a perfect location.

Gorgeous place in fab location, lovely touches like complimentary slippers and good quality wine. Hosts were very helpful and it made such a big difference to our last day that we could have a late check out.

Heating pump was a little noisy at night.

The property was perfect! Lovely amenities, eco conscious, great info about the area, and fabulous touches to make your stay so comfortable and enjoyable! Kitchen has everything you need plus nice quality The owners or managers are incredibly kind and helpful too! It was such a nice place to stay!

Exceptional

It was the most unique stay I have ever been on the room was extremely cosy and nothing like I’d ever experienced before. We got extremely lucky and had beautiful weather so was able to enjoy many coffees outside watching the boats pass by, the room is also in an very quiet and private area which we loved ! The hosts were so lovely and accommodating letting us leave our luggage with them early and also had the fridge full of water juice beer and wine which was a lovely touch ! We will 100% be back in the near future.

This place is stunning. It’s beautiful, special, comfortable, in a super nice area of Utrecht. Everything was perfect. We come to Utrecht a lot and this is the best place we ever stayed at. We will definitely come back and would recommend it a lot!

Magical.

This is a unique room from 1300s immaculately converted - it was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and considerate and it was a delight to watch the boats pass by when I was in my room. The shower is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable and there is even a Nespresso machine. Lots of cafes nearby and I enjoyed Piero's - and a superb secret restaurant just on the other side of the canal -De Heeren van Leeuw. Don't miss it.

Nog steeds een dikke 10 alles klopt gewoon en aan werkelijk alles is (tot in de puntjes )gedacht om zo comfortabel mogelijk te verblijven tot aan het pakeren toe ! Geweldige gastvrouw. beste plek om in Utrecht te verblijven.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine wirklich bezaubernde Unterkunft! Obwohl von außen eher unscheinbar, bietet sich innen ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Studio mit allem, was man benötigt. Der alte Lagerraum mit seinem Backsteingewölbe ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Vom Gastgeber waren bereits Lebensmittel für ein kleines Frühstück bereitgestellt. Obst, Joghurt, Saft, Wasser, Kapseln für die Nespresso-Maschine, Marmelade und Butter waren vorhanden. Lediglich die Brötchen haben wir noch beim Bäcker um die Ecke gekauft. Die Lage ist phantastisch! Direkt an der Oude Gracht kann man von einer kleinen Bank aus den Blick auf vorbeifahrende Boote genießen. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zu den vielen Restaurants, Shoppingmeilen und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Der Gastgeber bietet die Möglichkeit, für die Dauer des gesamten Aufenthalts ein Parkticket für gerade einmal 17€ für ein nahe gelegenes Parkhaus zu erwerben. Für niederländische Verhältnisse ist das sehr günstig. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter.

Da es während unseres Aufenthalts nachts noch recht kühl war, waren wir auf eine Heizmöglichkeit angewiesen. Die vorhandene Fußbodenheizung reagierte (wenn überhaupt) sehr langsam. So haben wir uns für den bereitstehenden Lüfter entschieden. Dieser war leider ziemlich laut. Da wir grundsätzlich auf Reisen Ohrstöpsel dabeihaben, war das nicht dramatisch. Aber ohne diese nützlichen Dingelchen hätten wir sicher nicht schlafen können.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. De accommodatie lag op een top locatie. Binnen 10 minuten lopen ben je in het centrum van Utrecht. De faciliteiten waren meer dan verwacht. De koelkast was gevuld en er lag vers fruit als ontbijt. Ook leuk was het fotoboek die er lag waarin je de hele verbouwing van de werfkelder kon volgen. We komen heel graag nog een keertje terug voor een weekendje Utrecht

Eine außergewöhnliche und tolle Wohnung direkt an einer Gracht

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen viele Tipps, was wir unternehmen konnten. Die Wohnung ist direkt an einer Gracht. Wir konnten gemütlich auf der Bank davor sitzen und den Booten zuschauen. Die Ausstattung war top, es wurde Wert auf Qualität gelegt. Gefreut haben wir uns über das liebevoll zusammengestellte Willkommens-Package, inklusive Obst, Müsli und Joghurt.

Das superschön und liebevoll ausgebaute Keller-Appartement direkt an der Alten Gracht ist ein wahres 5-Stern-Bijou. Wilma&Coen und ihre Kinder vermieten ihre sorgfältig und hochwertig eingerichtete Familien-Retraite, wenn sie sie nicht selber geniessen. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und aufmerksam betreut. Zum Service gehörte nebst Ausflugstipps gar das Nachfüllen des Kühlschranks mit allem für das kleine Frühstück.

Ein liebevoll renovierter, historischer Werftkeller direkt an der Gracht ist selten und allein schon etwas Besonderes. Die hochwertige und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die sehr zuvor kommende Gastgeber haben alles perfekt gemacht.

Schöner Aufenthalt in tollem Ambiente.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen benötigt. Sogar Obst, Getränke, Tee, Kaffee etc. gab es vom Gastgeber.

Das Badezimmer hätte ein wenig größer sein können.
