Very nice neighborhood to stay and enjoy.

Everything in the neighborhood is very close and it's very safe to walk around.

They quoted one price for a late checkout, and then at the time of payment, they quoted a higher price due to "taxes." It didn't seem right to me.

The security persons were very friendly and helpful.

Asked the cleaning ladies for extra towels and said that didn't have any more. When I asked for clean ones, I had to ask twice.

No change of bedding between guests

The only good thing was the location

The sheets on my bed were dirty, apparently they only made the bed between one guest and another and did not change them. I notified and they changed my sheets, but they did not change the pillowcases and they were all full of hair and dirty.

good location, 7/24 security, close to core CBD of Mexico city and the street Masaryk, staff very friendly, service good, and must to mention that they have laundry and dryer on the top floor for guests use for free !

The size was big enough and it was a kind of quiet. Of course also the place it's very central.

The shower had long hair from someone else on the wall. The entrance to the shower & the air filter were also very dirty . In the sleeping room you could smell the spicy fried food from the guest before.
