Large 1BR in Polanco

Great location in Polanco. The 1BR apartment was kuch larger than we were expecting. The patio is nice for fresh air. Generally it is a quiet street. Bed was very comfortable.

The kitchen is not well stocked and some things dont work really well. I think guests tried to open all of the patio windows (it looks like they should open) and the rubber seal was missing or broken which means there was no seal to the street noise or other guests on their balcony. Generally its a quiet street but not always.

The location is wonderful- the property is neglected.

The location was great- easy to walk around and it felt safe. Front door was always manned by guard. Excellent contact and property information from owners before we arrived.

The property is neglected. The kitchen has no trash can, the kitchen sink leaks and is loose in it's mount, the refrigerator leaks water onto the shelves, the bathroom sink doesn't drain well, no dish soap or sponge in the kitchen or dish drying rack. We emailed the owners, and they said they would attend to these issues, but they never arrived to fix these items. There is no oversight by the owners, and we suspected that several of kitchen items were stolen.

Location was lovely and all was very clean

We had two stays. On both stays the computerised entry number didn’t work. Took 30 minutes to resolve after arriving off 18 hours of travel. No cooking facilities in the apartment

Clean and good design. Love the showers, very pretty. Nice smelling soaps. Good kitchen. Nice living room.

The bedside lamps in the smaller room don’t really do anything because the light is way too dim- I couldn’t figure out if there was a way to change it. The sheet needs to either be larger or fitted. It would move around and wrinkle and wouldn’t stay in place. The blinds don’t totally block the light because there are big vertical cracks in between them. It could use a larger pot in the kitchen. Trash can could have been a bit bigger.

El tamaño y la ubicación muy buenas para nuestro propósito de ir sin manejar a la fiesta de año nuevo. Servicio de guardia y limpieza excelentes.

Depto con mobiliario y estado general viejo. No funcionó el agua caliente. Personal de soporte desde la aplicación sin criterio y poco dispuesto a REALMENTE ayudar a una experiencia mejor. Comunicación amable con nulas solución a nuestros problemas y solicitudes…

La ubicación en Polanco es excelente, cerca a locales restaurantes top, todo muy bien.

Habían dos habitaciones, una de ellas sin ventana por lo que había que dejarla abierta para que entrara corriente de aire. Hay ventilador pero se siente el encierro en esa otra habitación. En la habitación principal es muy bonita y tiene todo lo necesario

La chapa de la puerta de entrada tenía fallas. La puerta del baño se caía y se le salia una pieza. Tuvimos que poner la pieza que cada que se caía. En general había cosas que ya se veian muy desgastadas y requerían mantenimiento o ser reemplazados

Cómoda, tranquila e idónea para pasar una semana de negocios o de turismo, definitivamente volveré.

La ubicación es inmejorable, zona tranquila pero con muchos restaurantes y áreas de interés cerca. Era muy amplia la habitación y su baño y tener un vigilante 24/7 realmente es de gran ayuda para cuando los vuelos son muy distantes a las hr de check out y check in

Mi habitación nunca tuvo café pero si prensa francesa y las ventanas no ajustaban así que entra frío en las noches en ambos extremos del ventanal.

Falta mantenimiento a las pared, faltan zócalos puerta quitadas y maltratas. Pobre iluminación en todos los ambientes. Baño descuidado, mal acabado. Lavandería de terror, sin acabar. El Bobby de ingreso descuidado.

No tiene aire acondicionado y la comunicación con el administrador pésima, solicité solucionar el problema del televisor o pantalla desde el segundo dia y no fueron capaces de dar solución. Y el personal de seguridad muy apático

El apartamento que me tocó estuvo muy bueno, baños modernos, cómodo, limpio, bien equipado. El guardia de seguridad llamado Alejandro muy amable y servicial. Mary la gerente también muy gentil.

Tuvo una experiencia muy desagradable el día que llegue. Había reservado un apartamento completo con habitación, cocina, sala, comedor, etc. Cuando abro era una habitación, con una cama y un baño. Más nada. Le escribí a la persona contacto que ahora no recuerdo el nombre y su respuesta fue que Booking hay tenido un error y que no había otra opción disponible, y me preguntó si quería cancelar. Yo me encontraba con 6 maletas y cajas ya que me estoy mudando y tenía muchas cosas, evidentemente cancelar suponía un caos para mí y mi familia. Llame al señor y no fue muy amable, diciendo que no habían opciones ni resolutivo y que no era su responsabilidad. En un momento llegó el guardia de seguridad que fue el que me dijo que creía que había una habita disponible que me estaba averiguando (cosa que el señor que me atendió no fue capaz de confirmar antes, fue más cómodo decir que si quería cancelar), y él guardia me proporcionó el número de Mary la gerente. Le comenté al señor lo que me había dicho el guardia y me pidió que esperara a que llegara a su casa para confirmarme. Ahí estaba yo con todas mis maletas, mi hija de 6 años, y todos los nervios encima esperando a que el señor llegara a su casa. Hasta que por fin me pude comunicar con la señora Mary que fue quien agilizó todo y me dieron el apartamento disponible, al día siguiente me mudé, por lo que fue una llegada bastante incómoda.
