AVOID. NO HEATING OR HOT WATER. Rude, misogynistic, unhelpful staff.
Called at 8pm to ask them to send help to fix the broken boiler. They told me "push the boost button on the right" I told them "the button on the right says "info" not "boost" they told me I was wrong so I sent pic as proof. They said "the white box behind it is the thermostat that says boost, so press it" I replied "no it says 'manual' but I'll press it anyway'. When I pressed it it went green, but the boiler was still broken, as I'd told them. So I'd called them back again, and they said "its your fault, you didn't press the thermostat" to which I said "I told your colleague this!" But in the meantime I found the thermostat (down the side of the TV) and had pressed 'BOOST' to which NO heating nor hot water came on! So still needed help. By this point it was 10pm, and I was so cold I was feeling unwell, I was sat in a duvet next to the oven. at 11pm 3 hours had gone by with no hot water or heating, and nobody was trying to help me, they were just trying to blame the problem on me trying to accuse me of lying. I woke up shivering cold at 1am begging for help. I was scared for my health (immune disorder). They refused to help. Booking.com told me at midnight they'd be calling me back to book elsewhere. They didn't call me back. I called them a few times in the morning and each person said they'd be finding me somewhere else to stay, but when I chased them up for where i'd be moving to the next person said "nobody is finding you somewhere to stay" so they were lying to me saying that just to get me off the phone and not deal with the problem. I have an email from passthekeys stating the will NOT send someone between 10am-4pm, but they sent someone at 12 mid day. Booking.
