The -property was nice, but we would not sty there again due to the dog incident.

The property facilities could not be faulted.

It is located in the middle of a stable yard. We only heard noise of one horse being moved, but I expect it could potentially be noisy at other times. The owner was told on arrival that our dog was nervous of other dogs, and whist he did initially keep his dogs away on the first day, there was an incident later when his dogs rushed in barking at ours, which upset our dog and was not great.

This was the best place and cottage we’ve stayed in in Northern Ireland . Everything was brilliant plus we had a great welcome from Gary . Highly recommended.

Great location for Ards, Bangor and Donaghadee which is the area I wanted. Extremely clean and well kept property with fantastic host, Trevor, very helpful and knowledgeable . Perfect place for dogs as well

Trevor is very pleasant and friendly, very welcoming. The lodge is really great, comfortable bed, lovely decor and lovely bathroom. Great quiet location.

my only criticism would be there needs to be curtains in the bedroom as it’s extremely bright in the mornings. The washing machine had mould around the door seal as well.

Beautiful cottage and beautiful area

The cottage is absolutely beautiful so is the area. Trevor the host was very friendly and helpful and was about if you need anything although the cottage is fully equipped. Would highly recommend

The location was absolutely beautiful, lovely and quiet. The cottage itself was absolutely amazing so clean and cosy we felt right at home. Trevor the owner was lovely and made our stay so comfortable and was always around to help if anything was needed. Would highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely be back again to stay.

Quiet location, compact but mostly comfortable accommodation

Washing machine spinning was horrendously noisy, bed not very comfortable- I went out and bought a memory foam mattress topper. Owners dogs were a bit intimidating

Shirley and Trevor were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location is very pleasant with a beautiful view of the countryside, lovely garden with horses and two adorable dogs. Also very close to town centre, beach and Belfast. Cottage was immaculate, with great facilities and everything we needed.
