Atmosphere Comfort and cozy Massive fire/braai for the cold and great area to spend family/friends quality time A huge toy chest and many board games a bonus for keeping the little ones busy for hours. Added extras are great.

Can consider a step or ramp onto the stoep. Possible brighter light bulp in bathroom.

Walking distance to everything. Quiet friendly.

Only thing missing was wood and axe.

A lot of heat sources provided - also in the bathroom.

It’s tired and needs a refresh and good clean. For example, the seating cushions on the 2 chairs in the lounge are dingy and dirty - none of us wanted to sit on them. The chairs at the dining table are rickety and need to be fixed. The window in the second bedroom doesn’t close properly - not good on a July night. The patio furniture needs to be replaced. The smell from the area with the broken drain cover outside that others have referred to is still as they had found it. Feels like the owners are “phoning it in”. We paid for 3 nights, but stayed for 2.
