Die Tabakhuis - Karoo (Sutherland)

Atmosphere Comfort and cozy Massive fire/braai for the cold and great area to spend family/friends quality time A huge toy chest and many board games a bonus for keeping the little ones busy for hours. Added extras are great.

Can consider a step or ramp onto the stoep. Possible brighter light bulp in bathroom.

Walking distance to everything. Quiet friendly.

Only thing missing was wood and axe.

Great property everything one could ask for

Nothing comes to mind

It was pet friendly , the double bed was great, the gas heater is great, the appliances are in good condition, the yard was neat and well kept - thanks -

The smoke smell could be reduced with an extractor fan, The bath tub is leaking, the shower runs very slow… thanks for notifying me that you plans to send a plumber, The toilet does not flush well maybe the plumber can also look at this, The back door swells and security gate needs to be lifted to lock, A dish dry rack will be great. The contractor workers living on the neighbouring yard to the back and the compound across the side road were noisy and many people walked pass in the streets, some drunk…this did not feel peaceful and safe like we expected in a small Karoo town - mayve a complaint as resident to the Municipality should be placed on record. A hedge around the propertycan also help. Hopefully these can be seen as constructive comments to help you -
