I liked everything. I will come back. I love farms. These animals (not just the donkeys) are in excellent conditions and the property is well maintained.

Just when we entered Calvinia, we saw the sign showing us which way to Donkieshoek! Getting the keys and being shown the accommodation was such a breeze. Seeing the animals was such a plus. The accommodation itself was such a beaut! I personally liked the big screen tv. The bedding was like it was the one used in adverts where you sleep in the clouds. And because it was winter, we saw that they took that into consideration. Even the windows did not allow any cold air in. It was sufficiently weatherproofed, we had no need for fire

It was very comfortable and cozy. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the electric blankets and the indoor braai.
