Montagu Ronda-View

The location was outside of town against the drop of the mountains and thus resulted in a quiet peaceful stay with an abundance of bird life in the garden.

The braai grid and braai utensils need to be replaced and more cleaning items e.g. mop, outside broom, better inside broom, and also cleaning materials as in washcloths, scourers for braai grid and pots, kitchen and bathroom- toilet cleaners enabling one to probably clean.

We were greeted with the host.. he was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and the view was exceptional.

The shower water pressure is very weak

I loved our stay at Montagu Ronda-View! The location was fantastic. It was secluded, surrounded by the mountains and birdsong, but still close enough to town for convenience. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and provided us with a map of Montagu where he showed us where the best restaurant and bars were. We ended cooking our own dinner as the accommodation has everything you need to facilitate your needs. The bed was super comfortable and we had a very good night's sleep. The whole place is clean anf welcoming and our whole experience was welcoming. I would definitely recommend Montagu Ronda-View and I would love to visit again!

Comfortable, clean and very spacious accommodation with comfortable beds and great shower. The kitchen was well equipped. Pleasant outdoor area and attractive garden.

The property wasn’t well equipped for load shedding. One of the two lamps didn’t have a battery so couldn’t be used and the candles that had been left had been used up by previous guests, so were only tiny stumps. Only one useable lamp and a rather weak torch wasn’t really enough given the size of the property! It was also frustrating that the Wi-Fi passcode in the information folder was wrong and the owners were slow to respond to our messages. We finally received the correct passcode on the evening of our departure.
