I would not recommend this place.

The location was good for walking around in the city. You can not park the car near. So you have to park in the streets or at the parking area. It is Payed parking.

The Opening of the keybox was difficult, it didn't open at once. I was trying to call 3 times but couldn't reach the house owner. Also the place is not clean and the pans and pots are dirty and damaged teflon pans. The heater in the room on the first floor isn't working. The freezer door doesn't close well and refrigerator stinks. The sofa is dirty with a lot of stains. The furniture is also old. I made pictures and video's and try to contact the owner but no reaction from them. I also emailed booking.com but still no reaction. I would not recommend this place.

I can't think of any complaints. It would be nice to meet Leone in person, but apparently that is no longer the norm. The owner was very responsive and made communication very easy.

Agréable mais manque d’équipements

L’emplacement est vraiment génial. La maison était propre et le lave vaisselle est un point positif quand il y a beaucoup de monde.

La maison n’est pas très bien équipée (pas de feu pour allumer le gaz le premier soir, pas de sel, poivre, ni d’huile). La salle de bain commune se trouve dans une des chambres donc peu approprié pour 6.

J'adore cette vieille maison à côté de la cathédrale !

Emplacement super mais pas de petit déjeuner...

Pas de petit déjeuner : pas de café, pas de thé, pas de sucre. Et aussi pas de vinaigre, huile, sel, poivre. Nous trouvons habituellement cela dans tous les BNB où nous allons, où nous trouvons même des petits gateaux. Il faudrait rajouter une grosse casserole pour faire la cuisine. C'est un établissement qui accueille jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il n'y a qu'une petite casserole rayée, toxique. Pensez à mettre quelque chose pour allumer le gaz (allumettes ou allume-gaz qui fonctionne...) Dans l'ensemble, mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gite superbement placé dans la ville de Chartes

La qualité des chambres et des couchages l'emplacement du gite dans une zone piétonne (l'accès en voiture se fait facilement grace à l'ouverture des plots de blocage par le personnel de la ville de Chartres) l'aménagement du coin salle à manger - salon. Une machine à laver la vaisselle. Le contact avec la société s'occupant de la location du gite (pas de relation avec les propriétaires)

Le coin cuisine : L'évier qui se trouve a une hauteur incompatible avec des personnes mesurant plus d 1,60 m (trop bas) L'équipement général de la cuisine : - Il manquait des petites cuillers et des verres que nous avons du rachetés (laisser dans le gite à notre départ) - La plaque de cuisson au gaz dont tous les bruleurs ne fonctionnaient pas ( particulièrement le plus grand en haut à droite) - Un four trop petit pour un gite conçu pour 6 personnes (fourniture de plats incompatibles avec la capacité du four) et pour réaliser un repas de réveillon de Noël. La boite à clé un peu dure à ouvrir.
