Great place poor management company

Flat was great.. location.. space

Balcony was ok. Photos make it look far larger than it is. Management company are awful. I asked a couple of simple questions and didn't get any response for over a week. Also we left a wash bag at the property and didn't get a response from them about that at all... Sykes holidays: very poor customer service and interaction

Large apartment with lovely facilities in a fantastic location

The location was perfect with stunning views. It was clean and the quality of the fixtures and fittings was good.

Only tiny little complaints, there was only one roll of toilet roll for two toilets when we arrived, there was a tiny amount of soap in the two dispensers in the bathrooms and the salt and pepper only had a few granules in the pots. They are small enough not to bother the trip but easy enough to fix.

Excellent, wow factor apartment, I could live there.

The location was superb, having stayed in Newquay many times, I know my way around.The view was fantastic, near to Fistral beach & a short walk to town. just about everything in the apartment had been thought about with detail. It was clean, tidy & the best apartment I have stayed in, in Newquay in 30 years.

The apartment slept 6 & there were 5 of us (adults) the twin room the beds were not very comfy. The only problem we had was we could have used a second set of keys, going out separately sometimes was an issue even with a key safe in our opinion. we also ran out of toilet roll mid week!!!

Beautiful apartment with outstanding views

Location was outstanding, sea views from the balcony and couple of minutes walk from Fistral Beach where there's lots to see and do. The whole apartment was furnished really well and everything was thought of...including an iron/ironing board, clothes airer, coffee maker, blankets for sitting outside etc etc. Loved the crockery! My son loved the viewing balcony upstairs and the telescope. The apartment is spacious, so even with 6 people you don't feel like you're on top of each other. A lift in the building was a bonus for anyone who struggles to get up the stairs. Dishwasher was a godsend so you don't feel like you're contantly cleaning up! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Check in and check out could be extended, 4pm check in is quite late in comparison to most places and a 10am check out would have been preferrable. The washer worked well to freshen up towels/beach wear, but the dryer does not work so well so I wouldn't rely on this. We could not get the bottom oven to work despite following the instructions, so used the top instead which worked, but was smaller so took a while to cook for 6 people. Some soap in the bathrooms for arrival would have been great to wash hands until you have time to get to the shops. The freezer was clogged with ice so my husband had to scrape it all out before we could use it as it was preventing the door from closing properly. The fridge also needs some attention as it has a big block of ice on the back too...could do with it all being defrosted and cleaned out.

Excellent apartment

We stayed for a week and it was fab really enjoyed the sea view balcony. The apartment was at a very high standard and clean throughout. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay would highly recommend and will definitely book again .
