Perfect view and location not far from the beach making it ideal. Pool is excellent and warm! 123 cabs additionally brilliant if you choose not to drive locally. I’d almost give it the perfect 10 for all these reasons alone.
Internet practically nonexistent - hotspotting and buying top up data all week for the gazillion gadgets.
Could use a ‘Smart’ tv in the lounge- an expected norm in modern travel.

Amazing views and lovely quieter side of Newquay. Great spot to explore and surf
Few v minor bits in apartment need fixing but didn’t spoil our stay at all.

The view and the location.
The pool is nice.
Easy parking and access.
Short walk to the beach.
The kitchen could have been better equipped. The toaster didn't really work and some basic things were missing.
The view is great but the size of the windows does not really provide a view when sitting on the sofa.
There is no ventilation in the bathroom or kitchen. The electric shower can be difficult to adjust to get the right temperature.
There is no storage option for wetsuits or surfing boards.
