Nice but poorly managed
The apartment is very beautiful, located on Asvest Street, not Vesteplein, but it is very well equipped. It lacks ventilation and a mosquito net, but it has an air cooler that keeps the temperature comfortable. You have to go up stairs as it is on the first floor. The good thing is that it has natural light, but I don't recommend travelling with a lot of luggage.
Communication with the owners was poor and unfriendly. They replied only occasionally on WhatsApp or Booking, often leaving my messages unread, even when I reported issues, which were sometimes fixed without any notice. There’s no clear info about how basic things work (camping stove, smart TV (you need your own account), air cooler), and you only get help if you ask specifically. Check-out was awkward, and the staff didn’t speak English or try to assist. Others have had similar experiences at their other properties. Overall, fine only if you never need assistance. Not recommended for business stays or if you must spend much time in the room (there's a comfortable library nearby where you cab work)
