This is a clean and decent apartment for a very fair price.
Bed is through...I doubt that some of the renovation work will last long - electricity plugs already fell out. In summer, it will be incredibly hot there and it'll be hard to keep the window open so close to a busy street.

Eigenlijk was alles enorm goed. Ik snap niet waar de negatieve reviews vandaan komen. De badkamer was mooi en er zat een mooie inductieplaat waar je op kon koken.
De reden dat ik geen 10 geef is dat er een irritante reclame balk boven in de tv blijft hangen als je Netflix kijkt. Als dit verholpen kan worden dan is het voor mij een dikke 10

I stay in Delft a lot this time i tried this location because all my usual favorites where full. Not recommended, if you make it inside (a lot of fuzzing around with multiple codes and locks) you are supposed to cook on a totally inappropriate camping stove with leaky gas bottle (those are meant for outside, not inside), there is a continuous fuzz around the entrance, people hanging around. not a very comfortable location. Woke up too late without electricity in the apartment except for the bathroom.
On top of that it seems impossible to get an invoice from the owner which makes the whole thing even more shady.
