Convenient location and spacious

Spacious. Very Short walk to the centre, all very comfortable and clean. Big shower and everything you need in the kitchen.

Need to get WiFi working reliably. A splash of colour in a picture or cushions would lift it from very functional to being really stylish.

Really liked Delft

It's a comfortable apartment on the second floor of a modern block on the South side of the old town, about a ten minute walk into the old centre. There's a bar and a couple of restaurants very local to the apartment. I would recommend the Cafe de Volder on Voldersgracht just off the Markt, very friendly, good beer and decent food.

We did have a problem accessing the wi-fi which was not the best in the world, otherwise fine.

Great Delft apartment

Great location, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with 2 pillows per person - which is always cozy, lovely white linen, floor to ceiling windows, well appointed bathroom. Walking distance from everything we needed as a family of four. Would highly recommend.

Only a minor thing but I always pick accommodation that has a washing machine, it is key for us. The apartment has one but it is communal in a shared laundry and it is a pay per wash machine - this is ok once you work it out but not quite what you think when you read the facilities offered, especially that you also have to pay over £2 per wash.

badest hotel ever

the location only

i checked out after 2 days only of my 9 days reservation. no air conditioner and the window is too dangerous for kids. cooker on the room without lock. its on second floor without elevator with hard small stairs. water maintenance near the door too noisy. i asked for refund on the first day but the owner came and shouted my wife. no privacy on the room its divided by some furniture not a wall .badest hotel ever

it would have been nice to have an office with physical interaction to solve issues in real time, however the staff made

it had all the possible amenities for a short stay, staff was very responsive despite there being no face to face interaction.

I was asked to provide a bank/papal transfer as a deposit the day prior to check in, which wasn’t disclosed to me at the time of booking. this caught me off guard and cased unnecessary stress during our vacation.

Delft and beyond

The apartment is lovely, clean and modern with very comfortable large double beds and a very large comfortable sofa. The kitchen area is clean and modern as is the bathroom. Although there are buses at the stops opposite the apartment building that go to various towns plus many that take you to Delft Centraal Station in a couple of minutes it is a very easy 10 minute walk to the station. Also within a couple of hundred metres are a nice selection of bars and eateries plus supermarkets and other shops. A great place to stay either just to enjoy Delft but also as a base to explore other cities as we did.

Good location in Delft

Nice apartment with a good location and with easy parking option across the road. Very close to centre of town and easy walking distance to Centrum and also to Royal Delft museum.

Building work next door, meaning some construction noise from 0730…….. Owners require a refundable deposit to be made be made before access code is given, this requires a PayPal account as direct payment cannot be made or returned to your credit card. Steep stairs, but this is typical of Dutch properties.

2 large trash containers right in front of the entrance is not really friendly; rather narrow stairs up to the 2nd floor not very practical with luggage; one large room with 2 beds, a kitchen = you live, eat, sleep all in the same room. overall equipment of the flat is rather limited so that you can barely cook during your stay as there are not many ustensils available to this purpose. Too hot temperature (floor heating which is really pushy), some electrical sockets were lose which can be dangerous (the host proposed to fix it but this in Covid times is not really cool and should have been checked prior to renting); a lot of students' houses close by so by nice weather noisy.

Comfortable, easy accessible accommodation, safe car park, walking distance to everything you need.

Excellent accommodation that exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, spacey, clean. We were in Delft to help our son settle in for studies. A big flat, two double beds, and a big bed sofa. Very well equipped kitchen, all new and modern. We only used it for breakfast, but you can easily cook. Bathroom with shower, and a balcony facing the back of the building. Perfectly situated within walking distance of the University and old city. Sightseeing, restaurants, museums, all within walking distance. Supermarket within 5 min walk. Parking garage just opposite (18€/24 hours). It was really a comfortable stay. Easy self-check-in and check-out. Good information prior to arriving.

Goede plek voor een nachtje Delft, eenvoudig en netjes.

De kamer bevond zich op een goede locatie. Verwacht geen mooi uitzicht, maar wel een centrale plek naast een parkeergarage. Je loopt zo het centrum van Delft in. Alle informatie was duidelijk en de sleutel was eenvoudig uit een sleutelkastje te halen. Het zag er netjes en schoon uit. De kamer had zelfs nog een balkon. Goede plek voor een stedentripje Delft.

Het appartement was wat gehorig. We konden een baby uit een ander appartement horen huilen. De kamer was erg warm, er stond wel een airco maar die kreeg de kamer niet snel op aangename temperatuur. Hij maakte ook veel geluid dus aanlaten tijdens het slapen was voor ons geen optie. De gordijnen waren niet verduisterend en sloten ook niet helemaal aan. Als je een lichte slaper bent is het goed om een oogmasker en oordoppen mee te nemen.
