Everything was exactly as described. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and it suited us perfectly, being good value and an easy short walk to the city centre. Although it lies close to a busy road junction the double glazing meant we were barely aware of traffic noise (we had the windows closed as it was winter weather).
The shower really could do with a curtain or a bigger screen to prevent splashing onto the bathroom floor.

Fully functional kitchen.

Plenty of hot water.
Coffee machine.
Quiet area.
Washing machine and drier available.
It is a studio appartment with the two beds separated by a cupboard.
The heating couldn't be adjusted - it got quite warm.
The shower isnt enclosed and has no ventilation, causing the bathroom to get wet.
Washing machine and drier are in a seperate area and require payment. There is only one machine of each so we often had to wait to use the equipment.
