Pleasant and spotlessly clean apartment

Very clean and comfortable. Nice bed and bedlinen, and good shower. Easy walking distance to a supermarket and to all the places in Delft we wanted to visit.

The view from the sitting room was of a road junction (though good sound insulation meant the noise wasn't a problem). And no view at all from the little balcony facing the other way (there is an opaque screen to protect neighbours' privacy).

Good location but apartment needs work

The location of the apartment is very convenient - opposite the zuidpoort parking garage and a 5 minute walk into the centre. The apartment is spacious and comes with a kitchen (oil, spices, coffee etc included). Netflix is provided.

Lack of privacy on ground floor apartment. Room incredibly warm with almost no way to Ventilate (one window opens slightly but as apartment was on ground floor, we opted to close it at night. Poor maintenance: broken lights, power sockets, scuffed walls, mould in the shower. Mattresses to small for beds, crooked wooden slats, causing mattress to be lob-sided and uncomfortable. No mention of ongoing building works next to the apartment which started as early as 6am. The property will request a €100 deposit a day before you are meant to stay there. They will request the payment via PayPal so outside of the booking.com platform, which felt a bit odd. They refunded the deposit in a different currency causing PayPal to deduct 5% which was very annoying. No welcome folder with instructions in the flat. We did not know where to empty bins. When we asked the hosts we got a vague message about traffic lights? There were no dustpan and brush available which would have been handy with a messy eating baby.

There was no warning of the need to submit a deposit when booking. (atleast not to my knowledge) It would be good to include this in the information section about the property. Construction occurring directly infront of the apartment windows which wasn't nice.

Great location

Great location, across from large city parking garage, right on the edge of old town, pleasant walk or bike ride to the train station. Room was clean and neat with kitchenette. Big bike rack across the street too.

The ground floor rooms are right against the sidewalk, so street / pedestrian noise was noticeable.

The location was great, 8 min walk to the main train,bus and tram station. The apartment is spacious, warm, has everything you need, including some tea& coffee...the host is super kind and Delft is a gorgeous city! Would recommend!

Nice - new built - apartment in the city center

A nice, clean and spacious apartment in the city center. Just 100 m away from the SM and across the street from a parking. Great in room facilities with coffee machine, and kitchen. Perfect for short or longer stay, especially with children.

Es ist eine gut gelegene Wohnung auch für Familien mit drei Kindern geeignet.

Die Lage und das alles in der Wohnung vorhanden war, wir brauchten nichts mitzubringen.

Die Lautstärke von der Straße war sehr deutlich zu hören. Und wir hatten noch nachts eine Motorrad Demo oder Ähnliches um 4 Uhr morgens.

in mijn spam stond een link : ik moest maar een tikkie sturen van 8,50 ( citytax ) anders kreeg ik de deurcode niet. kortom gezegd , ik heb geen tikkie en ik vroeg het bedragje cash ergens neer te leggen . geen antwoord ik heb nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt!
