I was here for 5 night with my boyfriend, and even though the apt is kinda small everything was nicely arranged and func

Everything, it was as pictured in the photos and perfectly functional.

Warm water in the shower lasted only 15 minutes and 4 codes were necessary to access the apt.

Small but functional.

Close to the metro and RER stations. Grateful for the elevator. Kitchenette has enough equipment to cook your own, simple meals. No problems with the four different key codes to gain access.

Small space, but then that is likely the same anywhere else in Paris for the price paid. Steps on the floor can lead to stubbed toes if not careful.

Good quality, comfortable accommodation in central Parisat a very good price

This is a lovely location in a courtyard building in central Paris. It is very clean with good facilities.

There is quite a complicated entry system with four key codes but you can master this quite quickly and the owners supplied helpful photographs to aid entry. The fridge in the accommodation did not function well and could do with an upgrade.

A lovely little place, great base to explore the city from.

It was a very cosy little apartment as expected for the price, nicely done up and the space was well used. Perfect for two adults and one teen spending a night in Paris. Location was good, not far from Metro and from Montraparnasse train station.

Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t suitable for us, but a nice touch I hadn’t even taken in when booking.

Easy access and a great accomodation

The flat is located really close to the metro station, its easy to navigate. There was an elevator which also made it easier with the luggage. Everything was clean and easily to find. There was a small kitchenette and plenty of towels.

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there were not really a grocery store nearby.

Small but comfortable stay in convenient location

The apartment is in an amazing location, very close to jardin du Luxembourg. The location is also very quiet, as it is set off the street a bit. I thought this was a good value place to stay and get over jet lag, while being located very centrally. While some other reviews have noted there are a lot of codes to get in (4), the property sent these in advance and they were very clear with the instructions, so I had no problem getting in, which was a big relief as my flight had been delayed and I arrived very late. Overall I found it very pleasant and if the price suits you, I would go ahead and book this apartment.

I thought that they could perhaps add a layer onto the bed to make it a bit softer. The windows did not open and I struggled to get the fan to work- but I didn’t reach out to the property for help as it wasn’t too hot. Overall just note that this apartment is extremely small (I was a solo traveler and found it suitable, but as a couple I might find it too small), however this is quite typical for Paris so is not really a particular complaint about the property.

Good location but wouldn’t stay again

We were informed at 11am on the day of our arrival that our room wouldn’t be cleaned or ready until “5pm at the earliest”. Communication was really awful. When we arrived, just after 5pm, after we’d been reassured the room would be clean and ready, the cleaner was still in our room cleaning it. There are four different access codes you need, and one of them wasn’t the one they told us it would be. The room itself was fine. Not super clean, but passable for the location and cost.

Found bugs in the bed of the first apartment, did not get a response until 2am to move rooms. In the second room, cleaning staff entered my room without knocking well before checkout time

Udany rodzinny pobyt w Paryżu

Śniadania bardzo smaczne. Dostarczane pod drzwi codziennie około 7:00. Mieszkanie w cichej, spokojnej i bezpiecznej okolicy. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania atrakcji Paryża. Bezproblemowa komunikacja: zarówno z lotniskiem Charles de Gaulle (pocia RER B) jak i resztą miasta (metro lub autobusy). Cała nasza rodzina była bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Wszystko było Ok, Nie mieliśmy powodów do narzekania.

Sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Paris. Sehr gute Lage in Parknähe und unweit des beliebten Stadtteils Montparnass. Viele Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Très agréable, juste quelques détails.

Très propre, cosy avec équipements pratiques (bouilloire, plaque cuisson micro onde...) Literie agréable.

Le paiement de la taxe séjour compliqué en espèces. (Avec des centimes à sortir) On a pas toujours l appoint. Pas de présence d urne, laissé sur place et récupéré par la femme de ménage. Les oreillers un peu trop gros pour les cervicales. La lumière passe entre les rideaux le matin.

L emplacement et le personnel très à l écoute.

L oubli du petit déjeuner le second jour. C est un souci qui a cependant été traité et pris en compte très rapidement. On nous a proposé un remboursement.

Nos tocó el app 33. Realmente es muy pequeño. Viajé sola con un bebé y bastante difícil acomodarnos. El apartamento es bonito, estético como en las fotos. Pero pequeño. Por otro lado solicité información sobre la calefacción porque necesitaba asegurarme que no hiciera frío ya que viajé con un bebé, y no logré hacer que funcionara. Las respuestas de atención al cliente son muy espaciadas, más allá que dicen que trabajan 24hs. Más allá de ser muy amables en whatsapp, la eficiencia es muy baja: dicen estar a disposición pero no resuelven.

Localisation proche gare montparnasse et rue de la Gaité Déco et agencement...un tour de force pour un aussi petit espace

...beaucoup de portes à code à passer avant d'accéder à l'appartement. Au vu du simple vitrage, et des radiateurs mobiles et divers ventilateurs....ce logement est une passoire thermique...nous avons eu de la chance, la température extérieure était clémente
