Appartement fonctionnel, propre et très bien placé dans le quartier de Montparnasse. C’est aussi très calme.
L’appartement est petit avec peu d’intimité car un lit est placé dans la pièce principale. Ce n’était cependant pas un problème pour nous.

Perfect accommodation for six people travelling together. Modern, comfortable beds, plenty of light, excellent shower facilities. Wonderful & quiet location near Jardin de Luxembourg & restaurants. Lift to third floor apartments.
English speaking person answered the phone to assist with apartment access - very appreciative of the immediate response.
Four code system was a first but worked smoothly. Studio apartment has a number of steps so older people needs to be mindful.

Mauvaise insonorisation par rapport au palier, on entend les allées et venues, heureusement il n'y en a pas trop

Location was good as it was next to metro , good clean room comes with kitchen stuff and everything you could need , water was good too in shower and tap was drinkable too
elevators where abit scary due to classical music playing and was cramped could fit max 2 people , code was accesable and right but too many codes to enter so had to look at my phone each time and also they told us check in was 15.00 pm and after and i asked to just leave my stuff but not be at room and they said no but everything was ready before that time so they lied and communication was horrible, and check in times are very late and check out times very early
