L'emplacement est idéal, tout proche de la gare et en plein centre de Paris, énormément de commerces autour et le quartier est très agréable. La résidence est charmante.
Les cheveux et les poils sur les draps, les plaques de cuisson oxydés, la propreté générale de l'appartement. Suite à un problème de compte Booking je n'accédais pas à la messagerie sur l'application et malgré une demande, je n'ai jamais reçu les instructions détaillées par mail. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur l'annonce est tout le temps sur répondeur. Sans instructions, j'ai eu du mal à trouver la boite à clé ainsi que la porte permettant d'accéder au logement.
